Leave the M1 at Junction 10. At the large motorway roundabout, take the third exit if you're coming from the south and the first exit if you're coming from the north onto the A1081 Airport Way. Shortly after, you'll come to a roundabout; take the second exit and keep on the A1081, then take the slip road on the left to keep on the correct road. After a while, you'll arrive at yet another roundabout and you'll need to take the third exit and keep on Airport Way. Follow the signs for Multi-Storey Car Park 1 and continue to Level 3 of the Muti-Storey Car Park where you will be met by a member of staff.

Please call the car park on 07402 840 388 about 40 minutes before you arrive at the airport. On your arrival, please take a ticket from the entry barrier, park in the nearest available space and walk to check-in, which takes less than 5 minutes. Once you are there, the driver will go through the paperwork with you, take your keys and drive your car to a secured car park. Leave the car park and follow the signs to the terminal, which is approx. 3-4 minutes away.

Please be aware the Multi-Storey Car Park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

On your return, while you're waiting for your luggage, please call Swift on 07402 840 388. Your driver will bring your car back to the Multi-Storey car park to meet you when you get there. If you come back any later than planned, you'll need to pay your driver for the extra time when you get back.

The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver has to wait longer than 15 minutes, you will need to pay £7 to exit the car park, and this will continue to increase the longer the driver has to wait. It's how much the airport charge.

Security information


The car park has been awarded the Park Mark security award. It's patrolled by security staff 24 hours a day and CCTV is in use, as well as entry and exit barriers, a fence and floodlighting.

Due to the current airport refurbishment, the ground around the car park is uneven, so this may not be the best option for customers with mobility issues.

Minimum stays and charges may apply at this car park.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £15 per day or part day after your booked return date.

No vehicles over 3.5 tonne or black taxis. Also, trailers are not allowed into the car park.

Cars will be moved to the storage compound as soon as is practicable. The maximum distance travelled is 10 miles. On occasion your vehicle may be moved to a different compound when operationally necessary. The car will be checked for damage upon arrival but please note that the company does not record minor damage i.e. stone chips, scuffs, scratches of less than 6 inches, dents smaller than a 3 inch diameter or interior damage.

Luton Airport are undergoing a significant redevelopment to the terminal building and concourse and as a result there may be a delay accessing the airport, especially during peak times. Please allow extra time for your driver to meet you.

We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

Disgraceful. Car return took over an hour. Staff could not have been less helpful. Such was the lack of information (no calls were answered and the people in the car park didn’t know what was going on) I thought I was going to have to call the Police. Unbelievable. Go long term.

This service is far from swift. Dropping off I had to wait in the cold for the attendant to find my booking and then I was asked to move my car as I was parked in the ‘bosses parking spot’, which looked like all the other parking spots. When they drove my car away they screeched along the car park! Picking up my vehicle I had to wait 30 minutes in the freezing cold although I had called ahead and was told my car would be at the car park within 30 minutes. There is nowhere warm to wait and there’s absolutely no customer service.

Very bad experience with this Firm. We have had to submit a Written Complaint to the Firm. The directions were appalling as instead of the service being in front of the Short Term Car Park it has moved temporarily to Level 3 of the Multi-Storey Car Park due to Groundwork improvements at Luton Airport. The signage to the Multi-Storey Car Park was extremely confusing and we ended up in the Passenger Terminal Drop Off area and had to pay £4.00 to get out of this area ! The Staff greeting on arrival were not particularly polite or helpful on our outward journey (away 4 weeks) but were fine on our return journey. Longish walk to the Passenger Terminal with lots of Heavy Luggage and Trolleys on Level 3 very sparse. More serious were the paint scratches on both sides of the front of my 6 month old expensive £40,000.00 Car which had obviously occurred in the Long Term Car Parking they did for 4 weeks. Despite many emails they are not responding properly or dealing with the Car Paintwork Scratches to the Car Front on both sides. They just do not send proper replies or deal with our Complaint at all. I am having to consider more serious action now.
