Directions
From M1:
At the roundabout take the 3rd Exit for New Airport Way. Continue onto the New Airport Way (A505). Keep right to stay on New Airport Way (A505). At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Vauxhall Way/A505. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit. Drive through the Green Gates into Restricted usage road.

Arrival procedure
On arrival at the access road to Park and Ride Luton, please continue straight ahead to the car park and proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. The car park attendant will greet you and present you with a return card, featuring your vehicle identification. He/she will load your luggage allowing you to board the shuttle luggage-free and then will park your vehicle for you. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, but not later than within 20 minutes.
Return procedure
When you return to the airport and after you have cleared customs, please call the car park on the number on your confirmation to request collection. The shuttle will meet you inside the Passenger Car Drop off area. All the shuttles are easily identified by the brand logo. The drivers will be pleased to load your luggage and have you back with your car within 10 minutes.
On return to Customer Reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready to go home.
Security
The car park has CCTV, barrier and 8ft high perimeter fencing. It has been awarded the Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.
Additional information
The service is operated by Swift Park.
Long wheel base vehicles and vans will be charged at £10 per week extra; caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers will be charged at £15 per week extra payable to the car park on arrival.
Please know that no valuables including any amount of cash should be left in the vehicles whilst you are away.
You will be asked to leave your keys.
Please note that as of 14th June 2018, there are roadworks and other improvements works ongoing at Luton Airport, expected to last for 18 months. Please allow plenty of additional travel time to accommodate these changes and increased traffic levels.
Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel. You can print your booking confirmation or simply store it on your smartphone.

Despite being very early morning there was a bit of a queue to get parked, but into the airport quickly. Returning, the first minibus was full so had to wait for the next. Car was ready and waiting for us. Minibuses were newish and comfortable but not the slickest or most relaxed airport transfer we've used.

Cheap, close to airport and friendly professional service.
Was pretty busy though while dropping off car and had to wait for three minibuses before we could get a ride to airport. Luckily they came fairly regularly so only about 15mins in the end.
Ride back though was swift and easy.
Would use again :)

We arrived earlier than booking time and parked the car with no issues. Took us 15 minutes from handing the key to get to airport. Called them on the way back soon as collected my bags and mini bus was there 5 minutes after to collect me. Very smooth and professional. Great customer service and best price. Five star if not six. Recommended and will definitely use again. Thanks guys again for making my trip easier and stress-free.

Went like a dream - pulled up at the Car Park - they photographed my car - I parked up and was on the bus within 10 mins. On my return I telephoned in - then made my way to the pickup point and was back at the Car Park within 10 minutes - fantastic ! many thanks and would definitely us it again when flying from Luton. So easy. Great location and simple process. I arrived earlier than expected and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I was taken immediately to the airport on my own in a large, comfortable mini-bus. My luggage was loaded on for me. Driver was friendly and took a back route to the airport to avoid traffice. On return the process again was really simple. I called to say I had collected my luggage and 15 mins later the mini bus arrived to pick up. Car was waiting with attendant who had keys and quick form to sign. The entrance is actually on the main A505 roundabout. The reference to the Shell garage was a bit confusing and I did end up in the easyjet staff car park and had to turnaround a couple of times and call for instructions. So reasonable and hassle free. Will definitely use again and really recommend.

Absolutely brilliant, 5 star experience, for which my husband and I are immensely grateful. We were greeted, showed where to park the car and heading to the airport in a their minibus within less than 10 minutes. Members of stuff are very polite and helpful. The same, very pleasant experience on our way back. Highly recommended! They are located behind very big green gates at the roundabout. Very easy to find as long as you are looking for big green gates. Many thanks!
