London Luton Airport,
Luton,
Bedfordshire,
LU2 9QT
Distance to airport
This on-airport car park is located in the airport grounds, approx. 5 minutes from the terminal.
Transfers from airport
The transfer bus to and from the terminal runs every 10 minutes 24 hours a day and takes just five minutes.
This car park is on-site but it is nevertheless necessary to take a shuttle bus for the 5 minute journey. Buses run every 10 minutes, day and night and are wheelchair-accessible. The car park offers various special deals including Same-Day Offers and Non-Flexible packages. Various features make the car park secure including barriers, regular patrols, night-time lighting and perimeter fencing.
Directions
Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit signposted for the airport and the A1081 and keep going along the A1081 Airport Way. After a mile and a half, bear left to stay on the road. Take the third exit at the roundabout to the right of the Holiday Inn Express to stay on the road. Take the next right and you'll find the car park in front of you.
Arrival procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
On arrival at the car park, your car will be identified by the number plate recognition system, the barrier will lift and you’ll be issued with a ticket from the machine. Please keep it safe as you’ll need it to be able to get out of the car park. Then make your way to one of the three bus stops and remember which one is nearest to your car.
We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Departure procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
On your return, please catch the bus from the Mid Term Parking bus stop right outside the airport. Find you car and drive to the exit barrier, then insert your ticket and the barrier will lift to let you out. If it doesn't, you'll need to press the intercom so you can speak to a member of staff.
Security
The car park is protected by entry and exit barriers, regular patrols, a high fence and lighting at night. It holds the Park Mark award.
Disabled facilities
The car park has designated Blue Badge bays close to the bus stops but you'll need to display your badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.
Additional information
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time. Please allow additional time during peak hours.
There are no height restrictions, but the car park cannot accept large vehicles, for example lorries.
If you have been away for longer than you have booked, you will need to pay the difference at the barrier. If you're away for less time than you booked, unfortunately you won't be given a refund.
If you have an electric vehicle and need a charging point, there are 5 Tesla charge points and 5 type 2 tethered points in the Multi Storey car park. They are free to use, but you'll have to pay for your time in the car park.
Please note that due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.
Booking confirmations can be printed or shown on your phone or device.
Non-flexible package
This package cannot be changed or cancelled once booked.
Same-day offer
Because this is a special low-price package, once you've made your booking, you can't change it, and you won't be able to get a refund if you need to cancel.

A year after relabelling all the rows in the mid term car park, they have STILL not labelled each row across the lower half of the car park. The only labels are at the top half as you enter each each row. If you park near the bottom of a row, and you did not mentally make a note of the row number as you entered the row, then you have to walk all the way to the top of the row to find out which row you are in ! Make sure you take a photo of your car's position on your mobile phone, before leaving ! Good point you can beat the transfer bus by walking to the terminal. Nine minute walk from bus stop one to the main arrivals door for a 73 year old couple. You could probably do it even faster if you are young and fit.

Despite plugging CCTV multi-storey, there's no internal surveillance. Suffered damage to my car.

It was a big surprise when I came back and tried to leave the mid term parking lot. I put the ticket into the machine and it showed 150.00 Pounds. Fortunately the customer service helped me to leave the scene without paying extra money.

Convenient with reasonable cost and short transfer. Car park signs, fences and cones a bit chaotic, no signs of life. Based on other reviews I half expected trouble at exit barrier and sure enough, having booked in advance on Internet using credit card (£40) the machine demanded £120 excess payment! Used speaker phone to tell young lady I had already paid, she finally admitted they had transposed my registration number and booking no ( nothing like each other) and the barrier was raised. Bear in mind once you are at barrier trying to sort things out, there is nowhere to pull over and talk to a human being, so risks a lot of angry drivers behind you. I will probably use again once they have got their act together

Avoid at all costs. Only one bus, is every 30 mins, and packed to the roof had to leave people behind
