Follow signs to Luton Airport from all major roads. Then follow the arrivals procedure.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On drop off day please call LTN Meet and Greet when you are 15 minutes away from the airport to inform them of your impending arrival.

Important: If you are going to arrive over 20 minutes earlier or later than indicated on your booking you may be asked to wait in the MID TERM Car Park, (30 minutes free drop off area.) You will then be called when the driver is ready to meet you, and you will be asked to go to the designated Meet and Greet Area near the paystation in the short term car park.

All drivers carry personal identification and will have a copy of your booking details. The driver will offer to unload your car, check for any damage and verify your return flight details with you. The driver will ask you to sign the paperwork and give you a copy. Please hand over your car keys only, (LTN Meet and Greet will not be responsible for any other keys.) As we may need to contact you please ensure that the correct mobile number has been provided on the booking details.

Strict airport regulations mean that drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the meet and greet area.

Return procedure

When you land you will receive a Welcome Home text message from LTN Meet and Greet as soon as you turn your phone on. They will have tracked your return flight and your driver will be waiting with your car in Short Stay car park.
Once you have your luggage and are ready to walk into the designated Meet and Greet area of Short Stay car park, please call LTN Meet and Greet to let them know that you are ready to take your car.

Again please be aware that there is a strict 10 minute waiting time in the designated Meet and Greet area therefore it is essential that you do not call your driver until you are ready to come out.

Your driver will check over your car with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. He may ask to see some ID to make sure that he is returning the right car to the right person.

Security

The car parking compound is surrounded by a perimeter fence and monitored by 24 hour CCTV coverage. An onsite security guard is also present. LTN Meet and Greet is registered with Companies House and all drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.

Additional information

This meet and greet service also includes exterior wash and wax, interior vacuumed, dashboard polished, door shuts cleaned, windows cleaned in and out, plus tyre dressing.

I arrived at the airport at the time booked and having given the operator the half hour notice they requested. There was no one from that operator there (there was someone from a different company). I phoned the number and was told to leave my car with man from he other company who following a brief discussion between them agreed to this. Mileage wasn’t taken, damage wasn’t recorded. On my return, the vehicle was returned promptly when I called the office however the driver was in a rush and simply paid the barrier fee, handed me the key and left. Again no inspection of the vehicle took place. He simply dumped it and ran. As for the cleaning; I wouldn’t rate it at all. It was a cursory vacuum, nothing more and the boot wasn’t touched at all. I wouldn’t waste my money on this company in the future. I only chose this one as I wanted my car cleaning, there are far cheaper parking options available.

I'm giving a 2 star because basis of any services should be trust. And trust is something I did not find with LTN meet and greet wash and vac. We never received wash and vac. The lady over the phone said theye couldn't do it as the machine was broken and the gentleman who handed our car said they couldn't do it as they were really busy! Expecting a refund, as promised, soon.

We used the meet & greet wash & vac, found it difficult judging 30 minutes prior to arrival phoning them, however, can understand why as cars have to be moved off site quickly. We only waited a few minutes to be met and a few minutes assessing the car for any damage, then walked the shortish distance to departures. Staff were helpful and on time, received the text message when we landed, rang them when we had our bags and the car was waiting spick and span when we reached the car park. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.
