Follow signs for Multi Storey Car Park 1. Continue to Level 3 of the Multi Storey Car Park when you will be met by a member of staff. Please see the arrival procedure below.
On arrival, please call the car park 40 minutes before you arrive at the Luton Airport Multi Storey car park 1, level 3 meet and greet parking area where you will be met by one of the members of staff. You will be shown a parking ID and paperwork for your car which will have to be checked and signed by yourself. The car will then be taken to their secure compound while you can proceed to the terminal for check-in.
On your return, please call when you arrive in the baggage hall; this will give them time to ensure your car is waiting for you at the collection point outside the terminal building.
Please note there is a 15 minute waiting limit at the drop off zone so unless go over this limit there will be no exit fees.
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond the car park's control (flights delayed etc.), it is not always possible to meet the flights at the new scheduled times; however, you can be assured that they endeavour to meet you as soon as possible.
The car park is open 24 hrs a day with fully patrolled parking and recorded CCTV, flood lighting, barrier entrance & exit, as well as 8ft high perimeter fencing. It holds the Park Mark award.
You will be required to leave your keys.
Please note that as of 14th June 2018, there are roadworks and other improvement works ongoing at Luton Airport, expected to last for 18 months. Please allow plenty of additional travel time to accommodate these changes and increased traffic levels.
Long wheel base vehicles and vans are charged at £10 per week extra; caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers are charged at £15 per week extra. The additional fee is payable to the car park on arrival.
Customers are responsible for the exit fee as they leave the airport if they go over the 15 minute waiting limit.
Customers are advised to allow sufficient journey time to arrive at Luton Airport at the meeting time that has been designated by the customer. If the customer misses their booking time, they will incur additional costs. The customer must ensure they contact Luton Help Me Park and advise of any changes as soon as possible. The responsibility to arrive on the agreed time is the customers. Luton Help Me Park cannot be held responsible for any costs or inconvenience incurred when not following the instructions provided by the company. We reserve the right to change late meet and greet customers to park and ride.
Customers are also reminded that no valuables, including any amount of cash, should be left in the vehicles whilst you are away.
