Arrival procedure

Please call e-park on 07955 055777 or 07955 055700 20-30 mins prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. It is important you call the car park if you are running late or early.

Head towards short term car park, go through ticket barrier, on the right is the designated off airport meet and greet area, right next to the pay point station.

Return procedure

Call 07955055777 / 07955055700 once you have collected all luggage. In case of delays please let the car park know. The chauffeur will deliver your car to the agreed pick up point.

The customer will need to pay £3.80 to exit the Short Term Car Park upon their return.


Car is collected and driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. Yard is fully manned 24 hours a day.

This type of service is ideal for disabled travellers.

As this is a Non-Flexible product, you cannot amend or cancel this booking.

Important: Due to strict airport regulations drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 mins in the Priority Set Down area (drop off and pick up area).

The customer will need to pay £3.80 to exit the short stay car park upon their return.

In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following info: Inbound & Outbound flight numbers, car details and a contact mobile number.

There are no vehicle restrictions. Minimum stays/charges may apply at certain times of the year.

Drop off was fine, collection was not. We had phoned in advance of collection, and were told to be at the drop-off point in 15 minutes. We did just this, and waited as no-one acknowledged us. I then asked the guy at the desk in the car park if we had to advise him of our arrival - he assured me that as long as I had phoned my arrival, then I had to simply wait for my car to arrive. After a few minutes I walked through the drop-off area to see if my car was there - it was not. I then spotted it parked in the section adjoining the drop-off point, and when I made this known to the guy at the desk, he stated that it was not one of his, and that several companies operated from the same area. I eventually spotted the same chap that took the car when we dropped-off, and he provided our keys. Better organisation and communication of the collection process is needed.
