Arrival procedure
On arrival, please drive to Level 2 of the Multi Storey Car Park and follow the road to the Economy Priority Meet and Greet parking entrance. Then drive up to the barrier which will read your number plate and lift automatically to let you in. If there are any issues, please press the intercom button for assistance. You will be directed to the Economy Priority Meet and Greet parking reception, where you will be met by a member of staff. You will need to hand your keys over to the member of staff. From there you can walk to the terminal, which takes around 3 minutes. Please note that any early or late arrivals may experience a short delay in the admission procedure.
Return procedure
On your return, please make your way to the Economy Priority Meet and Greet parking reception on Level 2 of the Multi Storey Car Park where your vehicle will be returned to you and a member of staff will hand you your keys. If you're going to return more than a day early or late, please call the car park on 07809 492 351 to let them know.
Security
The car park offers entry and exit barriers, perimeter fencing and regular patrols.
Disabled facilities
This service is suitable for disabled customers as transfers are not required.

Bookings for this product cannot be amended or cancelled and are not refundable.
With this package your car will stay parked in an undercover location for the duration of your trip.
Please know that you need to arrive at the time you have booked as the car park can only take a certain number of arrivals and departures at a given time due to space.
The Multi Storey car park, where Economy Priority Meet and Greet is located, has a height restriction of 2.1 metres. The Multi Storey car park cannot accept large vehicles, e.g. SUVs with roof racks.
Please know that due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, journeys to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow extra time to reach the Airport particularly at peak times (i.e. all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days).
