From M1: Come off at Jct 10, go down slip road which is Junction 10A to bottom, at the large roundabout, take 2nd exit. Follow road, through lights to airport. Two hotels in front, at roundabout take 3rd exit, under tunnel, follow signs to drop off area, park in one of the lanes, our driver will meet you there.

From Hitchin A505: Go towards Luton, pass Hilton Hotel on right, (speed camera ahead). At large roundabout, take 2nd exit passing fire station, next roundabout 1st exit, at next roundabout 2nd exit, at next roundabout 2nd exit, at next roundabout 1st exit into Airport, up hill to large roundabout, take 2nd exit, past Holiday Inn, under tunnel, follow signs to the short term car park, take a ticket at the barrier and our driver will meet you there.

Please allow an extra 30 minutes on arrival time during peak times e.g. 04:00-07:00.

PLEASE NOTE: You must print your voucher to hand to the chauffeur on arrival.

IMPORTANT: You MUST call us on 01582 726960 or 01582 726189 or mobile 07864707233 as you are leaving the motorway if coming via the M1 motorway, or if you are travelling via an alternative route please call us when you are almost at the airport, this allows us time to get to the airport for your arrival.

Please go into airport, and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport, follow the road around, keep in right lane and follow signs to Short Term car park, take a ticket on entry, which you hand to driver, go through the barrier system and park in the marked area.

If you are booking for arrival between 05.00 and 07.00 please allow 30 minutes additional time, as there is really bad traffic congestion going into the airport, sometimes queuing back to M1 roundabout; we would not like you to miss your flight.

Please collect your luggage and clear customs before telephoning us, we will bring your car back to the Short term Meet and Greet area.

Security

The car park has CCTV, security fencing and is manned 24 hours a day. This car park has been rewarded with the Park Mark Reward.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

THE CAR PARK OPERATOR PAYS THE IN AND OUT SHORT TERM CAR PARK FEE, THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE MEET AND GREET PRICE. PLEASE RING WHEN YOU RETURN, WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY LEAVING THE TERMINAL BUILDING, AS THIS TICKET ONLY GIVES YOU FIFTEEN MINUTES TO GET OUT OF THE SHORT TERM CAR PARK; IF YOU ARE LONGER THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXIT CHARGE.

Please note: No refund will be made for cancellations within 7 days of stay.

This car park will not accept any vans larger than a standard car. If you book and turn up with a large van you will be turned away or charged an additional fee.

Please make sure to bring your confirmation with you.

For 'on the day' change in details, or if you have failed to advise any amendment to the return journey which affects the collection of your vehicle, you will be charged a £15 supplement and for any additional days as applicable.
