At the roundabout on the A658, near the airport, take the third exit if you are travelling north, and the first exit if you are travelling south, onto Whitehouse Lane. Take the second exit at the next roundabout. Take the first right turn into the airport grounds and keep to the left hand lane as you follow the road round to the left. Follow the signs to the Mid Stay car park and you'll see the car park ahead.
When you pull up to the car park's entrance barrier, you'll see a box next to you with instructions on how to scan your voucher. Hold the square, patterned bar code on your confirmation up to the scanner, it will go green when the bar code has been accepted. The box will display your name and give you a ticket, which you will need to keep until you get back. The barrier will then lift and you will be able to drive into the car park and pick a free space. Once you've parked, just take a 3-minute walk to check-in.
If the barrier doesn't lift when you scan your code, please press the button and the box will print a ticket for you and the barrier will lift. You'll need to take the ticket to the parking information desk in the Departures area of the airport terminal. Follow signs for Hall A. The team at the desk will tell you what to do to avoid being charged twice for your parking, so please make sure you let them know your confirmation didn't work. Interest may even be added to the second payment.
On your return, collect your bags and walk back to the car park. Find your car where you left it, drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot to get out.
The car park has CCTV, barriers, regular security patrols and has been awarded the Park Mark by the police for its security.
There are disabled bays for disabled travellers.
The car park can't accept cars taller than 1.9 metres or wider than 2.5 metres.
If you stay longer than your booked time, you'll be charged at a rate of £32 a day.
