Please follow directions to your Heathrow terminal from all major roads.
Arrival procedure
Please call Park Giant once you are around 30 minutes away from the Airport. Head to your terminal's short stay car park where you will be met by a member of the team. Hand over your keys and the vehicle to our fully insured drivers, sign the paperwork and head straight into the terminal. Your vehicle will be driven to our Park Mark accredited Car Park.
Return procedure
Upon your return, please call Park Giant twice. First, as soon as you land, and secondly, as soon as you have collected your luggage. Head for designated meeting point and check your vehicle, sign the paperwork, and then you can be on your way.
Electric Vehicle Charging
If you wish to charge your Electric Vehicle whilst away, please ensure you book the "EV Charging" product rather than the standard Park Giant meet and greet.
Tesla: We have a Tesla Supercharging Point right next door to our main car park. This allows our Tesla customer vehicles to be taken to the EV charging point next door even when the booking is for a very short stay.
Other electric vehicles:
We also offer airport parking with EV charging for any other vehicle manufacturer. These will be standard on-site charging points.
Charging can only occur if a customer has provided all necessary cables (where relevant) and the charging system has not been restricted in any way.
Security
Park Giant's car park is Park Mark approved, which means there are regular patrols, secure fencing, and CCTV.
