Park Giant Meet and Greet

Overview

Park Giant Meet & Greet provides chauffeur parking for Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. At Terminals 2, 3 and 5 you hand your vehicle over in the designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet area close to the terminal and walk to check-in while a fully insured driver takes it to secure off-airport storage.

Terminal 4 currently works differently following the closure of its former multi-storey car park. The current Park Giant T4 service uses Terminal 4 Park & Ride, where you hand over your vehicle before taking Heathrow's complimentary shuttle to the terminal.

Transfers

Transfers are not required at Terminals 2, 3 or 5.

Terminal 4: use Heathrow's complimentary shuttle between Terminal 4 Park & Ride and the terminal. The journey currently takes approximately 5–10 minutes.

Directions

Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2 and Terminal Parking. Drive up the ramp towards Short Stay Passenger Pick-Up, keep right and enter the Terminal Parking car park. Continue to Level 4, follow signs for Off-Airport Meet & Greet and proceed to Row B. Postcode: TW6 1EW.

Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 and Terminal Parking Car Park 3. Take a ticket at the barrier and continue to Level 4, then proceed to Row A in the Off-Airport Meet & Greet area. Postcode: TW6 1QG.

Terminal 4: Follow signs for Terminal 4 and then Park & Ride, formerly Long Stay. Continue to the designated Park Giant meeting area in Terminal 4 Park & Ride. Postcode: TW6 3XL.

Terminal 5: Follow signs for Terminal 5, Pick-Up and Departures, then Terminal Parking. Continue to Level 4 and follow signs for Off-Airport Meet & Greet, then proceed to Rows R or S. Postcode: TW6 2GA.

Arrival procedure

Call Park Giant on 07857 366664 or 07594 517711 at least 30 minutes before your booked arrival time. Keep the team informed if your arrival time changes, as Park Giant covers a maximum of 15 minutes of airport parking.

Terminals 2, 3 and 5: Once at the designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet area, remove your luggage and valuables, photograph your vehicle and hand your keys and parking ticket to the Park Giant chauffeur. Complete the handover paperwork before walking to the terminal.

Terminal 4: Once at the designated meeting area in Terminal 4 Park & Ride, remove your luggage and valuables, photograph your vehicle and hand your keys and parking ticket to the chauffeur. After completing the handover, take Heathrow's complimentary shuttle to Terminal 4.

Return procedure

Call Park Giant on 07857 366664 when your flight lands, then call again once you have collected all of your luggage so the vehicle can be dispatched.

Terminal 2: Return to Terminal Parking Level 4, Off-Airport Meet & Greet, Rows A and B.

Terminal 3: Return to Terminal Parking Level 4, Off-Airport Meet & Greet, Rows A and B.

Terminal 4: Take Heathrow's complimentary shuttle from Terminal 4 back to Terminal 4 Park & Ride. Your vehicle will be returned at the Park Giant collection area.

Terminal 5: Return to Terminal Parking Level 4, Off-Airport Meet & Greet, Rows R or S.

Check your vehicle before leaving the collection area and report any concerns before moving the vehicle.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Park Giant offers a separate Meet & Greet product with EV charging included. If you require charging, make sure you book the EV charging product rather than the standard Meet & Greet option.

Tesla Supercharging may also be available on request, subject to availability and the customer's own Supercharging account. Other electric vehicles can be charged using Park Giant's charging facilities.

EV customers should monitor their vehicle's charging status through their own vehicle app where available and contact Park Giant at least 48 hours before collection if they notice a charging issue.

Security

Vehicles are stored in a secure parking compound with CCTV, perimeter fencing, 24-hour staff and regular security patrols. Park Giant states that it is a Heathrow Airport Approved Operator and a member of the Independent Airport Parking Association (IAPA).

Additional information

Park Giant currently operates its standard Meet & Greet service between approximately 04:45 and midnight. Terminal 4 operating times may differ because of the current shuttle arrangement.

Airport access fees are included in the booking price. Park Giant covers a maximum of 15 minutes of terminal car park charges, so call at the requested times and notify the team if your plans change.

Overstays are currently charged at £25 per additional day. An overnight charge of £40 currently applies for the first hour, followed by £25 per additional hour, while early returns currently incur a £20 charge.

Additional charges or restrictions apply to long-wheelbase vehicles and vehicles over the relevant terminal height limits. Terminal 4 Park & Ride currently has a 2.0m height restriction.

Heathrow is within London's ULEZ. Any applicable ULEZ charges remain the customer's responsibility.
