Appalling. We used the Meet and Greet service. We booked with Heathrow Royal Meet and Greet, but the company that fulfills the service is called Drivefly. They were the worst we've ever encountered. Read their reviews before booking; we should have! 30 minute delay after calling them on arrival and the most unbelievably rude, arrogant condescending operative at their airport reception. We seem to have been lucky though, as many reviewers complain of having their cars damaged on return. Use at your peril.
