Directions

From the M25:
Leave the motorway at Junction 15 and join the M4 signposted to London. Leave the M4 at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham. At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road towards Heathrow). Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 4 is approximately 1 mile along the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.

If you will be using a SatNav to get to the airport the car park does not have a unique postcode; therefore you must enter both the postcode and first line of address together and follow the written directions.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive at the car park, you'll be directed to the arrivals area by a Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 4 host. Head to reception to check in and hand over your keys. Then hop on the shuttle bus to Terminal 2. It runs regularly, takes 10-12 minutes and is included in the price. The bus runs from 03:45 until midnight.

Once you get to Terminal 2, you'll need to catch the free Heathrow Express to Terminal 4. Enter the terminal building and follow signs for the Heathrow Express, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the Heathrow Express, follow signs for the next train to Terminal 4. It runs four times an hour, takes around 20 minutes and is free of charge.

You can also catch the Heathrow Express to Terminal 4 from Terminal 3. Just enter the terminal building and follow the signs to Heathrow Express, which is a 10-minute walk away. Once you reach the Heathrow Express, follow signs for the next train to Terminal 4. It runs four times an hour, takes around 20 minutes, is free of charge and can be caught from the Heathrow Central Station.

Return procedure

On your return, please catch the free Heathrow Express from Heathrow Central station. You'll need to follow signs for the Heathrow Express and once you're there, follow signs for the next train to Terminal 2 or 3. It runs 4 times an hour every 20 minutes.

When you exit the terminal, catch the car park's shuttle bus from where it dropped you off. Your car will be waiting for you in one of the collection bays.

Security

The car park has perimeter fencing and CCTV in use, as well as regular security patrols.

Disabled facilities

We'd recommend you book the Purple Parking Meet and Greet package if you require accessible facilities as this car park does not provide them.

Additional information

We recommend allowing around an hour each way for your journeys to and from the airport.

There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.15 m (7ft.) which includes roof racks and roof boxes.

If your car is parked for over 16 days it may be moved to Purple Parking's alternative secured site nearby.
