Leave the M4 at junction 4 (or if you're coming from the M25, leave at junction 14). Follow the signs to Terminal 5.
When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay car park. You'll come to a ramp, drive up it and keep to the right. Drive under the yellow height restriction, keep left and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4. You'll see Avis signs, follow them until you come to a third set of barriers, you just need to take a ticket and drive through. Park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays in Rows R or S. A driver in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car.

Please have your return flight information to hand so you can confirm it with your driver. They will then take a few photos of your car and make a note of the mileage. Make sure you leave enough time for your driver to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. All you need to do then is head to check-in while your car is parked for you in Maple Manor's secured car park.
When you return and once you've collected your luggage and gone through security, please exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the car park, head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays on Level 4 where your car will be waiting for you with a uniformed Maple Manor driver. You can then collect your car and go home.
If you get back more than an hour early or late, please contact Maple Manor on to make sure they know and have your car ready, otherwise there may be a delay before you get your car back.
Your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers so please contact the provider.
You'll need to make sure that Maple Manor have your full return flight details in order for them to have your car ready without you phoning them. If you've not given this information to Maple Manor already, you can call them to give them the details over the phone. If you don't provide them with this information, Maple Manor can't guarantee that your car will be ready on time for when you get back.
If you catch a different flight home to the one you told Maple Manor, you'll need to call ahead to let them know. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use and you will be charged around £10 per day - or even part of a day - for any parking over what you've paid for. Maple Manor won't release your car until the balance is settled.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting.
Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, please call the provider for further advice.
Your car will be dropped off and collected from Terminal 5. If you're returning to a different terminal, you'll need to call the car park directly, before the day of your booking, to let them know and extra charges may apply. If you don't, you will not be able to change terminals.
