When you're 20 minutes from the airport, please call Maple Manor on 01895 544382 (Option 1). Be as exact as you can to 20 minutes before you arrive, as this may cause problems for Maple Manor.

Terminal 2:
After you pass the tunnels on Tunnel Road, heading into Heathrow airport, follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you drive up to the barrier, take a ticket and drive through. Turn left and drive down to Level 2 where you'll see the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays. Park in one of those and one of our drivers in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car. Then take your luggage and walk to the terminal.

Terminal 3:

When you arrive, please follow the signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park. The entrance is on the ground floor and as you drive up to the barrier, take a ticket and drive through. Drive down to level 2 and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays. A driver in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car and you'll need to give them the ticket you picked up at the barrier.

Terminal 5:
When you arrive, please follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. You'll come to a ramp, drive up it and keep to the right, then drive under the yellow height restriction, keep left and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4. You'll see Avis signs, follow them until you come to a third set of barriers, take a ticket and drive through. Park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays. A driver in a Maple Manor uniform will come out to meet you at your car and you'll need to give them the ticket you picked up at the barrier.

Return procedure

Please check your confirmation email for details.

On your return, please call Maple Manor on 01895 544 382 (Option 1) as soon as you've collected your luggage and follow the instructions for your terminal.

Terminal 2:
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the car park, take the lift up to Level 2 and head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays where your car will be waiting for you.

Terminal 3:
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the car park, take the lift up to Level 3 and head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays where your car will be waiting for you.

Terminal 4:
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the car park, take the lift to the ground floor and head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays where your car will be waiting for you.

Terminal 5:
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. When you reach the car park, head to the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays on level 4 where your car will be waiting for you.

Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, please know that this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.

Additional information

When you book, you'll be asked what time you'd like your chauffeur to meet you. Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.

If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, call the provider directly prior to booking.

Try to meet your driver at the arranged time. If you are late, the airport will not allow your driver to wait for you, so your car will be returned to the car park and you will be charged for additional parking.

"Chose to book Maple Manor as it appeared to have good reviews but was very sadly disappointed. I'm sure if your flying from a terminal and returning to the same terminal then there may not be a problem. However we were flying from Terminal 5 and returning to Terminal 3. After two telephone calls to ensure they fully understood our situation, the car was still returned to the wrong terminal. Even when we landed and told the lady on the phone that we'd landed at terminal 3 the car was sent to terminal 5!!!. It took two more telephone calls and 40 minutes before we got our car returned. Will definitely not use again...."
