Good To Go is in the airport's Long Stay car park.

Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Heathrow terminal 4. At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit if you are coming anticlockwise, and the third exit if you are coming clockwise, onto the A3113 Airport Way. At the first roundabout, go straight on onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Go straight on at the next roundabout and at three sets of traffic lights. At the Beacon Road roundabout, take the second exit continuing on Southern Perimeter Road, signposted Long Stay 4. Take the next left onto Scylla Road and you'll see the car park on your right.

Arrival procedure

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.

At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. We advise that you make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in around 4 minutes.

Return procedure

You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to the car park from Terminal 4, so go to Bus Stop 3 to wait for the bus. Once you're at the car park, pick up your car and drive to the exit. The barrier will lift to let you out. All that's left then is to drive out the barrier and head home.

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, fences and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park even holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the police.

Disabled facilities

If you have mobility issues, please call us once you've booked and we'll arrange suitable transport to get you to the terminal.

Additional information

You can't cancel or amend this package once you've booked it.

You get to keep your keys, keeping you in control.

There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can take are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces. The car park doesn't take commercial vehicles.

Parking prices are calculated in 24-hour blocks, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. If you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.

"The whole experience was great we didn't have to spend time waiting for any buses"

April 16, 2017

"Easy to book, easy to find, electronic recognition of number plate fine on the way in, and spaces easy to find ( at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon).
Bus transfer easy both ways, and drivers very polite and very helpful, waiting for us to "sprint" to the bus. However, on the way home, after travelling for for about 15 hours to get from Delhi to the carpark, the automatic barrier wasn't automatic at all, and both our car and another car from our same holiday trip (no realtion, booked compeletly independently) were stuck at the barrier. We were stuck at one, and the other car was stuck at another, so the problem cannot be blamed on one sticky barrier, or a dirty number plate etc - it appeared to be an automatic system failure. The intercom was not answered immediately, and it took 3 attempts for them to be able to lift the barrier remotely. Just a tad iritating when tired, with a 3 hour drive in front of you before home and bed."

"I accidentally booked terminal 4 we needed terminal 3 but it was a lot cheaper and there is a free train to terminal 3. Car park is right next to terminal 4 basically and the bus takes you there quickly. Would book the same car park again. I also lost my ticket and they let me out easily after saying my name etc. no problems"
