Terminal 2:
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Choose Lane 5 OR 6 towards the ticket machine which will take you to Level 4 Short stay car park. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the Drivefly desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket.

Terminal 3:
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW A. Here you will see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket.

Terminal 4:
Please call the number on your confirmation when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal (between 4am - midnight). When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, "Departure Passenger Drop Off", as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked "Permit Holders", park your vehicle there. Here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have your booking details and will wear a black jacket.

Terminal 5:
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R"- "S". Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as "Off Airport Meet & Greet". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the Drivefly desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket.

Please phone the number on your confirmation, option 1 (open between 3.30am and midnight) 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off.

You will be met on the Departures level and your car will be identified by the registration.

Return procedure information

Return procedure

On your return, once you have collected your luggage, please phone the number provided in your confirmation email when you are in the baggage reclaim area and quote your reservation number to confirm that you are ready to be collected.

Terminal 2:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines.

Terminal 3:
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW "A".

Terminal 4:
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the "pay machine" which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet & Greet" at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.

Terminal 5:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row "R" OR "S".

We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

The car park has CCTV monitored compounds, 24hr security patrols, secure gated compounds, CRB checked drivers, fully insured and uniformed drivers.

This a non-refundable package, which means that once booked, this car park cannot be cancelled or amended.

Any long wheelbase vans arriving will be subject to further charges.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Car was returned t the llotted time but had a lot of tree sap and fine debris otherwise was returned in condition i left it.

Appalling service. Told to hover in departure drop off initially (risking £40 fine and annoying everyone - they were 15mins late to meet me!) Then waited an hour for Car to arrive after 8 telephone calls (their landline isn’t manned after 6pm it seems). No explanation and no update on where my car was.

The system worked perfectly, and the drivers were in each case polite, efficient and helpful. The reaction when we arrived on time was superb, having said he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes, by the time we reached the collection point we only had a moment to wait. A very good service indeed, for which we are most grateful. Thank you.

Booked meet and greet to Heathrow terminal 5 27th December, upon return 4 gallons of fuel were missing, inside car mud every were! vanity mirror opened! customer service had no explanation for the fuel shortage. Mud explained by that they parked it near to the entrance which plans has been set to improve, an offer of £15 pounds to clean my car was given if I was interested. Very inadequate response, on repeat email totally ignored. This service is offered by providers and this company is merely the middle man.
