At the junction with the A30, turn right onto the A30. Go straight on at two sets of traffic lights, then take the terminal 4 slip road. The car parks are signposted from this point. As you approach the terminal 4 roundabout, stay in the left lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout, the Beacon Road roundabout, take the first exit onto Beacon Road, which is signposted central London, Staines and the A30. At the next roundabout take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted quarantine station. The entrance to Click Park is the first left, opposite Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.
Park outside reception, unload your luggage and check in at reception. You'll be asked to leave your car keys with the member of staff on duty. You'll also need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. The receptionist will give you a receipt, which you should keep. Then just board the transfer bus outside reception.
You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to Click Park from bus stop 21 outside terminal 4. Then just go to reception with your receipt. Your car will be in a bay outside reception, ready for you to pick up.
Click Park has 24-hour patrols, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and lighting. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.
The car park indemnifies customers for damage which is proved to have been caused by its negligence. You must report the damage before you leave the car park.
The transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you'll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.
Trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the car park.
Parking prices are calculated in blocks of 24 hours, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.
We were not picked up on return. Couldnt find anyone. We paid for transport back to Sanctuary Rd to collect car. Otherwise ok.
