Heathrow Business Meet & Greet

This Meet and Greet service was previously known as Budget Meet and Greet and is now operated by Purple Parking. Customers are met in the Short Term Car Park which has a height limit of 7’6’’. The Airport Access fee of £5.80 is passed on to the customer. Cars are stored in a Park Mark car park with good security. The car park is a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport but in times of heavy traffic there could be a delay in your car being delivered to you on arrival.

This Meet & Greet Service is run by Purple Parking. The Handover Captains are at their desks from 05.00 every day. If you need to contact Purple Parking, please telephone the helpline on 0845 850 5859.

Terminal 1:
(Postcode for GPS to Terminal 1: TW6 1AP)
Follow the signs to Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on ground floor - NOT Short Stay Car Park 1A upstairs). At entrance barrier, take a ticket (nothing to pay). Keep right and IMMEDIATELY TAKE A FIRST LEFT down to lower ground floor. Turn right and drive to the end and bear left after portacabin, until you are facing the opposite direction. You will see Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays immediately to your right. Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.

Terminal 3:
(Postcode for GPS to Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (nothing to pay). Drive up ramp and exit at level 3. Follow road round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport). Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Terminal 4:
(Postcode for GPS to Terminal 4: TW6 3XA)
Follow the signs to short stay car park. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right. At entrance barrier, take a ticket (nothing to pay). Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2. Drive to end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs. You will see the Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A. Park your car in one of these bays. (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport). Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.

Terminal 5:
(Postcode for GPS to Terminal 5: TW6 2GA)
Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up. Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm. KEEP to your LEFT and follow the signs for Level 4 / P - Off Airport. Drive through the camera tunnel on the left hand side. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows and the P - Off Airport signs to the end of the car park to ROW R & S. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays (PLEASE do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport). Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Please note, Purple Parking has made special arrangements with Heathrow Airport at all terminals for customers to drop off their cars on arrival inside the Short Term Car Parks. One of the Handover Captains will always be there from 05.00 to at least 22.00 7 days a week / 365 days a year. No need to telephone if you are early or late for your arrival time - the Captain will be there for you. No need for an umbrella - the meeting points are all undercover.

The usual return time is between 15-20 minutes, they leave with the vehicle on receiving your call from baggage reclaim, however, this can vary depending on traffic.

Airport Access Fee

Except for APH, price excludes £7.00 (£3.50 each way) Airport Access Fee.

This is to cover the cost of new charges being levied by Heathrow Airport from July 24th 2012 to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
