Arrival procedure
The Airtime unit is located approx. 75 meters from the beginning of the road on the left-hand side.
On arrival, once you enter the unit please park your vehicle in the bay and proceed to reception. The staff will inspect your vehicle and then usher you to the awaiting minibus to take you to the terminal.
Return procedure
Please follow the return instruction for the relevant terminal:
Terminal 2:
Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared passport control. From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 1 Row D and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you on your arrival.
Terminal 3:
Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared passport control. From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row B and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you on your arrival.
Terminal 4:
Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared passport control. From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 2 Row E and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you on your arrival.
Terminal 5:
Please call the Airtime office once you have cleared Passport Control. From arrivals please proceed to Car Park Level 3 Row F and your Airtime Parking representative will be waiting to greet you on your arrival.
Security
The car park is patrolled 24/7 and has CCTV. It holds the Park Mark award.
