Transfers run every 20 minutes from 05:00 am to midnight and take approx. 10-15 to reach Terminals 2, 3 and 5.
Directions
From M4 Exit at Junction 5. At the roundabout, take the exit onto London Rd/A4 Colnebrook. In 0.5 miles turn left onto Sutton Ln, go through 1 roundabout. In 1.0 mile turn right onto North Park, continue onto Richings Way. In 1.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Thorney Mill Rd. Destination will be on the left.
Arrival procedure
Please call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive at the car park. When you reach the car park, drop your car off in one of the bays and unload your luggage. Then check in with reception and hand over your keys. You will then be taken to your designated terminal.
Return procedure
Full return instructions will be given on arrival.
Security
Vehicles are parked in a secure compound with CCTV and security patrols.
Additional information
Operating hours for this car park are from 05:00 to midnight only.

I booked this car park for the extremely cheap price and how conveniently located it is to Heathrow.
When we arrived there was some confusion with cars as we had 4 large suitcases and had to wait some time for our transfer. The driver (unsure of name) was driving erratically and all of us did comment on his speed many times however he did not respond.
On return we phoned (as directed) once we had our cases and had a reply of phoning back in 10 minutes?? We phoned back in 10 minutes where the man told us to go to the drop off point in 20 minutes. 20 minutes past and still no sign. We phoned again and was told the car was just leaving to pick us up?? When we were picked up (1.5 hours after we had landed!!) we were told that the M4 was closed and that caused the delay however none of this was explained to us.
Driver on return was really nice, a good driver and made the journey back enjoyable.
Service should be more organised seeing as they knew our flight details (they should have been there waiting) and more efficient.
Not sure if I will use again due to all the waiting around.

Do Not use! We landed in Heathrow, called to let them know we were waiting, eight phone calls later, over an hour stood in the cold with two small children because they kept lying, telling us that they were on their way. We have all the call logs. They then tried demanding £15 for a late arrival! Rude, ignorant and dishonest staff, that care about nobody and nothing but money
