Directions

Follow signs from the M25 for Heathrow Airport, follow signs from London direction for Heathrow Airport.
Follow signs for your terminal and then Short Stay Car Park.

Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet. Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW

Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet. Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG

Arrival procedure

Please call 01895 544 382 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let the team know you are near so they can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions below. On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that the friendly representatives can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for them to check for your return

Return procedure

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park. PLEASE CALL 01895 544382 ON YOUR RETURN. Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call 01895 544382 to let the team know you have returned so they can deliver your car.

Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from the Handover team. If you do not have this then they will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:
Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
