Scotpark Glasgow Meet and Greet is a convenient option if you want to avoid parking the car yourself and taking a shuttle to Glasgow Airport. Call Scotpark around 30 minutes before you arrive, drive to the meeting point near the terminal and hand your car and keys to a uniformed driver. After a vehicle condition check, you can walk to departures while your car is taken to Scotpark's secure parking compound.

When you return, collect your luggage and call Scotpark again. Your car will be brought back to the agreed collection point, leaving you with only a short walk before you can continue your journey home.

Glasgow Short Stay 2 also gets you very close to the terminal, but it works completely differently. Short Stay 2 is official self-parking: you choose your own space, keep your keys and walk around 2–3 minutes to the terminal. Direct Parking is one of Glasgow's closest Park & Ride alternatives. You park yourself, keep your keys and take an on-demand shuttle of around three minutes to the terminal.

Direct Parking may suit you better if keeping your keys is important and you do not mind a very short shuttle journey. Scotpark Meet and Greet removes the need to park and transfer yourself, making it the more convenient option if you would rather hand over the car close to the terminal and walk straight to departures.

Important things to know

Call Scotpark approximately 30 minutes before arrival and follow the meeting instructions supplied with your booking. Current booking information uses a designated meeting point in the airport/Holiday Inn Express area, where a uniformed Scotpark driver will meet you, confirm the booking and complete a vehicle condition check before taking your keys.

Scotpark's secure storage facility is at 9 Clark Street, Paisley, PA3 1RX, around 1.4 miles from Glasgow Airport. Standard-sized vehicles are accepted; vehicles exceeding approximately 2.2 metres in height or other larger vehicles may attract an additional charge or may not be accepted, so check before booking if your vehicle is unusually large.

After landing, collect your luggage before calling Scotpark. You will then be directed to the agreed collection point where your vehicle will be returned to you. Check the car before leaving and allow for any additional charges if you return outside the parking period originally booked.

Drive directly to the Holiday Inn Express Car Park (designated drop-off point). A uniformed Scot Park driver will meet you at the agreed point.

• Drive directly to the airport forecourt drop-off point.

Return procedure

• After landing and collecting luggage, call the number provided.
• Proceed to the airport forecourt pick-up point as instructed.
• Your vehicle will be delivered back to you at the airport.
• Please check your vehicle before continuing your journey.
