Our confirmation email didn’t mention that Holiday Inn Express was the drop off point so we went in to the paid section at the airport. When we were told where to go we drove round but the guy who was there was just dressed in jeans and a T-shirt, not uniformed as we expected. He didn’t have a form or any documentation for our car but as others were leaving their cars with him we trusted he was who he said he was. Our car was waiting for us when we returned but we then received a parking notice fine from the Holiday Inn Express saying we had used their car park without authorisation. ScotPark have said they will cover this for us but we recently received a reminder through the post about this charge so we are unsure if this is the case. Not a great service unfortunately.
