Airparks Glasgow

This fully secure off-airport car park is located 4 miles from the terminal and transfer buses run every 20 minutes, day and night. If using a Satellite Navigation system customers are recommended to use the car park’s full address rather than just the postcode. Large items such as surf boards cannot be taken on to the transfer vehicles so it is suggested that customers with such items drop them off first at the airport, if travelling with others. Vehicles with taxi licence plates cannot be parked at this car park.

Directions

From the M8 westbound:
Leave the motorway immediately after the airport at junction 28A and take the A737 towards Irvine. Follow the road, which becomes a dual carriageway, and after about two miles take the exit for Linwood and the A761. Follow the slip road, which leads to the Linclive roundabout. Take the second exit off the roundabout into Burnbrae Road and Linwood industrial estate. Turn left into Burnbrae Drive. Airparks Glasgow is at the end of Burnbrae Drive on the right.

From the M8 eastbound:
Leave the motorway at junction 29 and take the fourth exit off the roundabout onto the A737 towards Irvine. Follow the road, which becomes a dual carriageway, and after about two miles take the exit for Linwood and the A761.
Follow the slip road, which leads to the Linclive roundabout. Take the second exit off the roundabout into Burnbrae Road and Linwood industrial estate. Turn left into Burnbrae Drive. Airparks Glasgow is at the end of Burnbrae Drive on the right.

Transfers to airport

Transfers are available twenty-four hours a day, operating every 20 minutes and taking only 10 minutes.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive at Airparks Glasgow, please park in the arrivals bay, unload your luggage and proceed to check-in. Airparks Glasgow operate a self park operation, therefore please park your car as indicated by our reception staff. It is ok for passengers to wait in the reception area. Once you have parked your car walk back to the reception to rejoin your passengers and luggage. You can then take one of our comfortable transfer buses to the airport.

We recommend that you arrive approx. 30 to 40 minutes before your airport check-in time.

Departure procedure

When you return to Airparks please get off the bus at reception and collect an exit ticket. Walk back to your car while your passengers remain in the reception area with your luggage. Once you have returned to your car, collect your passengers and scan your ticket to exit the car park.

Security

The compound has 24-hour CCTV, a high perimeter fence and floodlighting and is regularly patrolled by staff.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Disabled facilities

The transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible, but there are no fixing devices on the buses.

Additional information

Please be aware Airparks Glasgow operate a self park operation system.

We recommend that you allow 40 minutes from the time you check in to the car park to the time you arrive at the airport.

Unfortunately, Airparks is unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on its buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car or take advantage of the Airparks Return Greet service. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept large objects for carriage.

Airparks cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. Vehicles more than 2.7 metres high or 2.7 metres wide are not allowed.

Airparks cannot accept any vehicles that have a taxi licence plate, because its staff are not allowed to drive them.

Airparks Non-Flexible

This package is non amendable and non refundable.

Return Greet Time Saver

Return Greet Time Saver by Airparks Glasgow service means you don't have to get a return transfer when you arrive back at the airport. Instead, Airparks will bring your car to the terminal for your collection.
