Directions
From M23, please take the Junction 9 Exit and drive into the terminal that you are departing from and then follow the arrival procedure.
From M25, either take the M23 Exit and follow as before or take the A217 Exit (JCT. 8) and follow the A217 through Reigate to Gatwick. Follow the signs to airport terminals.
As you approach Junction 9 Exit (or 10 minutes before you arrive at the terminal), please give us a call .
Arrival procedure
North Terminal:
When you arrive at the terminal, please bear round to the right taking the right lane and following the signs to Passenger Drop Off. Keep to the right-hand lane and proceed past the Sofitel Hotel entrance. Go to the end and park in the bays marked Permit Holders Only. This is also your meeting point on your return. Postcode for satellite navigation is RH6 0PJ.
South Terminal:
When you arrive at the terminal, please bear round to the right following signs to Passenger Drop Off. Take the second lane, left, proceed to the end and park in the bays marked Permit Holders Only. This is also your meeting point on your return. Postcode for satellite navigation is RH6 0NP.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you arrive before or after this time, this may result in a delay.
As long as the arrival and return procedures are followed correctly, the waiting time should not be longer than 20 minutes.
Return procedure
Instructions for your return will be issued by your driver on your outbound meet.
Security
It is a fully secure car park with total perimeter fencing, 24 hour security patrols and only 4 minutes drive to both terminals. It is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All vehicles are monitored entering and exiting the site. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking award.
Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Subject to car park terms and conditions.
Additional information
It is a Gatwick Approved car park, which means it is licensed by Gatwick Airport Limited to operate in designated/approved areas at the airport.
It is also Trading Standards approved, i.e. having been found to have attained a sufficient standard of customer car and quality of service by West Sussex County Council Trading Standards Service.
There is a £10.00 supplement for long wheel based vans payable to the chauffeur on arrival. Short wheel based - no extra charge.
Tudor Rose Priority Meet & Greet
It is a priority service where customers are given priority over others if two arrive at the same time.
Customers can also cancel on the day of travel as long as their keys have not been given over to the driver.

Shocking experience using Tudor Rose (Gatwick airport). Dropping off the car we dealt with an unprofessional and rude Gatwick airport controller. On collection we found their team had caused £900 damage to my car. The unethical team lied about how the damage was caused and the timeline. I have reported them to Gatwick Airport and Trading standards office. You have been warned avoid this outfit.

We have used them in the past and not had problems, but not so happy this time. We had booked them and then our flight was cancelled. I called 36 hours before our flight and was told that there would be no refund because I hadn't paid and additional fee in case of cancellation. On one hand, this is their policy so fair enough. On the other, do you really want to do business with a company that puts a policy in place just to give them the opportunity to rip you off? There is no reason for this policy except for them basically steal your money and you should give that some thought before you do book with them. I'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Used the Tudor Rose Meet and Greet at Gatwick for the 8th time this September. STILL very impressed. Polite Staff and fast to bring your car up to the airport when you land coming home.
We have only ever had an excellent experience with Tudor Rose. It runs very efficiently. I have recommended this to lots of friends who all say the same. Prices seem decent.
We hope this excellent service continues.
Prices change depending on time of year you travel and the length of time before you use the service that you book it.
Be nice if a discount code was offered for repeat users!

I have used Tudor Rose several times and they have always been great. They are there when I drop my car off and are there when I come out of the terminal. There is no damage to the car and they record the mileage when you drop it off to show it hasn't been used while you'er away. Easy to use website and good prices. What's not to like?
