Arrival procedure

Please call the parking service twenty minutes before you arrive at your terminal. A uniformed Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

South Terminal:
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E (Approved operator bays).

North Terminal:
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m, please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.
As you enter the terminal, please follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for Approved Operators (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to and Ace / MMP Driver.

Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell them you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. They politely request that you listen carefully to their telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

Return procedure

On your return, please call Secure once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs to request your vehicle returned. They will aim to deliver your car within 15-20 minutes at the designated meeting point.

South Terminal:
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (approved operator bays) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (The same location that you left your car).

North Terminal:
As you exit North terminal customs, please turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.

All customers must remain in the safe waiting areas provided within the car parks.

This car park is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day. It has been award the Park Mark award for safety.

Insurance

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Disabled facilities

No transfers are needed so a meet and greet service will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses a more convenient solution.

Additional information

Gatwick Secure Meet and Greet is an Approved Gatwick parking company that offers first rate meet and greet parking services for Gatwick Airport.

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy and legal. If your car is not legal or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day.

If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone the car park ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

If you are travelling within the next 48 hours and the provider's telephone lines are closed, please contact the car park IF you have any queries or need to amend your booking.
