Directions

From all directions follow signs to Gatwick Airport, on approach to the Airport follow signs to your Terminal, then follow the directions below.



For the South Terminal:



 Follow the road off the roundabout, staying in the left hand lane and at the bottom bear right. You will pass car rentals on your left hand side.
Then drive through two sets of pedestrian crossings and park up either on the left or right hand sides where you will see the passenger drop off signs.





For the North Terminal:

 

Pass the South Terminal exit and follow the road round to your left, staying in the left or middle lanes. Drive past short term car parks and filter into the right hand lane and follow signs to car rentals, staying in the cars only lane. Drive down to the far end and park up on the left hand side outside car rentals.

Arrival procedure

On your way to the airport we ask that you call 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the time you will arrive at the Terminal. When you reach the Terminal a uniformed Premier Meet and Greet driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.

Return procedure

On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal a driver will meet you with your car.

Security

Your vehicle is stored in a fully secure compound near to the airport.

Not allowed.

Additional information

Vans and large vehicles may be charged extra please call for details. You will be required to leave your keys.

Important Information

This service operates from the passenger area outside departures at both the North and South Terminals.

Worst Parking service I have ever used. When arrived called them then told me to meet me at the hotel near by. I said no as I don’t know where it is. Went to allocated place agreed on booking. Waited 40 minutes then got a phone call to say my car was block in , they knew what time my flight was coming in and should have had my car ready long before. They said it should be with me in 10 minutes. When waited another 40 minutes in the freezing cold. Waited nearly longer for my car than it took me to fly. Will demand a refund.

The meet and greet service was excellent. It was so good to have our car ready for us when we arrived and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We shall definitely use them again.

No problem at all and only too pleased to report back on an excellent service. The agent was with us within a few minutes both on the outward and return journeys. He was courteous and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to others.

did everything that i was told to do,phoned park and go 20 mins befor arriving at gatwick,arrived at time agreed which was 05.00 then had to wait 40mins for man to collect car,this after 5 phone calls,and three times being told by police to drive arond untill man arrived.several phone calls had to listen as man on other end of phone argued with other customers. other people had trouble getting their cars returned to them. on return my car was delivered back quite qiuckly. i will not be using this service again.
