Eco-Parking Meet and Greet

Directions

Drive to the North or South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. If you are using the M23 turn off at Junction 9 or follow airport signs from the A23.

North Terminal Departure (RH6 0PH):
The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park. Then park where ever you can in the passenger drop off area. We will find you.

South Terminal DeparturE (RH6 0NP):
Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal. Drive to the far end, over the third zebra crossing and park where you can. We will find you.

Arrival procedure

It is essential that you call the number provided on your confirmation when you are 10 minutes from the airport, for example at the junction of the M25 and M23. This helps us to accommodate last minute changes to your actual arrival time at the terminal due to traffic delays or faster than expected journey times.

Please also note that car details are also essential, even if they may need changing at a later date, as Eco parking staff cannot spot you outside the Terminal amongst all the other holiday makers and you may be delayed.

Your car is driven to a secure car park 7 miles by road from London Gatwick Airport.

In order to park your car, we may add up to 20 miles to your mileage.

Return procedure

On your return to Gatwick, Eco-Parking will text you when you land, please call back when you have collected all of your baggage. Eco-Parking will return your car to outside the Terminal where they collected it from you. Please follow the map on the card you will be given at departure.

Security

Eco Parking compound has full perimeter fencing with double security gates, CCTV, floodlighting and alarm monitoring 24/7.

All drivers are fully insured, uniformed professionals who carry I.D. You are given a receipt for your car which we will require on your return. All cars are damage checked on departure and return.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Your parking will be conducted by Help-Me-Park at London Gatwick Airport.

Eco-Parking do not accept any vehicle larger than a Ford Transit short wheel based van. We also do not accept trailers.

Vehicles with illegal tyre tread depth or those that are unfit to drive safely will be refused and you will have to make other arrangements to park your vehicle. Any claim for a refund in these circumstances will not be met.

Contents of vehicles are left at owners risk.

IMPORTANT
ECO PARKING - GATWICK AIRPORT APPROVED OPERATOR FOR MEET AND GREET
You have booked your Meet and Greet parking with an Approved Operator called ECO Parking. You are authorised to have your parking Meet and Greet conducted on the terminal forecourts at Gatwick Airport. You may be challenged by traffic wardens and marshals. If asked please state that your parking is with ECO Parking.

Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays at the terminal forecourt as detailed below.

Airport Access Fee

The price excludes £8.00 Airport Access Fee.

This is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet & Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
