Important Information

PLEASE NOTE: From 15th June 2015 all Meets and Greets will be carried out at South Terminal in the Short Stay Car Park, Approved Operator Area. Should you be flying out of North Terminal, you will need to use the Gatwick Airport free Transit Shuttle to take you to / from North Terminal. Please leave additional time for this.

Please ring the car park on 01342 710490 or 01342 712779 when you are approx. 20 minutes from the airport to confirm your arrival time.

EXIT M23 at junction 9 and exit to Gatwick Airport. Follow signs to the terminal of your departure and follow the arrival instructions below.

Arrival procedure

South Terminal - dedicated area for Approved Operators:
Follow the signs for SHORT STAY – PASSENGER PICK-UP into the SHORT TERM CAR PARK – keep in the right hand lane. Please take a ticket at barrier (no charge). Proceed to 'ORANGE CAR PARK 3' – drive up to 1st Floor - Level 1, Rows D – E (marked with blue cones). Please park your vehicle in an Approved Operator bay where the CPG representative will meet you.

A driver will meet you and will identify you by your car registration. The driver will have a Cophall Parking Gatwick clip board with your parking details and will be wearing a shirt with the Cophall Parking Gatwick Logo. The driver will give you instructions of what to do on return - Please check your vehicle on its return - any problems must be advised immediately.

South Terminal Meet when departing from North Terminal:
Transit to North: Proceed into main Terminal following signs for Trains / North Terminal. Following signs for North Terminal / Transit proceed along the travellator / walkway making your way to the transit shuttle. Upon exiting the shuttle – follow signs for departures. Shuttles run every few minutes 24/7 and with a journey time of just two minutes.

Departure procedure

Full details of the returns procedure will be given by the driver when collecting your car.

On your return, when you are in baggage reclaim, please call us on 01342 710490 or 01342 712779 to confirm you are ready for your Greet service.

South Terminal:
Follow the signs for the EXIT and Short stay car parks. Cross over the road and walk through to Orange Car Park. Turn left for the lifts, please take lift down to the 1st Floor – Level 1. Exit the lifts, go through the glass sliding doors and make your way to Zones D to E which are located to the right. This is our dedicated area where the CPG representative will meet you. While you are loading your luggage, your driver will pre-pay a barrier exit card for you to use. Once the driver returns the payment card to you Gatwick Airport allow five minutes for you to exit the car park. Please follow the “Exit” signs.

South Terminal Greet after returning to North Terminal:
Transit to South: Follow the signs for EXIT to leave the Terminal building. Cross the two lanes & proceed ahead following signs for South Terminal / Trains. Take the travellator (on your right) up for South Terminal / Trains. Exit the travellator & bear left for the Shuttle to: South Terminal / Trains. Proceed into the main South Terminal building & follow EXIT & all Car Parks signs – continue as per Greets above. Shuttles run every few minutes 24/7 and with a journey time of just two minutes.

Additional information

You will not be able to wait on the lower level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if not already prepaid to FHR. You will be required to leave your keys. Height restrictions at the South Terminal are 1.8m.

Please check your car on return to the car park - any problems must be advised to staff BEFORE you leave the car park.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Your Meet and Greet parking at Gatwick Airport is booked with an approved operator - Cophall Parking Gatwick. If you are challenged by traffic wardens or marshals please state that your parking is with Cophall Parking Gatwick. Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays.

"Best so far, I've used valet parking at Gatwick perhaps 20 times, Cophall was there when I arrived and when I got back, the plane landed at South rather than North Terminal, no problem, Cophall switched to South, fantastic!"

"The arrangement worked well. I phoned the company as directed about 20 minutes before arrival at North terminal. Pickup driver turned up just after I had removed my case from the car; inspected the car, noted mileage and warned me to expect the mileage to increase by about 8 miles during Cophall's custody of the vehicle - a good thought that other providers don't usually bother with.

On return, it took 19 minutes from phoning the control desk to the car arriving at the pickup point, which was just about acceptable, particularly as with this provider the collection point is under cover in Car Park 6.

Both drivers were professional and courteous.

Only slight niggle: the company's automated phone system expects one to enter 1 or 2 to select the appropriate desk. With my phone, to get a 1 it is necessary to enter Alt+1, which the system does not recognise. It therefore took a while to actually get through to speak to anyone."
