You must call Airparks' number 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 about 10 to 15 minutes before arriving at the terminal (normally this will be when you're on the M23).
As you arrive at the terminal, keep in the right-hand lane. Follow the road round to the right, past the Sofitel hotel and pull over on the left hand side of the road after the pedestrian crossing.
As you arrive at the terminal, keep in the right-hand lane. Follow either of the passenger drop off lanes round to the right, continue to the far end of the tunnel and pull over on the left-hand side of the road in the “Approved Operator” bays.

Transfer to airport
Transfers are not required as it is a Meet and Greet service.
You must call Airparks' number 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 about 10 to 15 minutes before arriving at the terminal (normally this will be when you're on the M23). If you're running more than 30 minutes early or late, you should inform Airparks.
The chauffeur will meet you in the Approved Operator drop-off area. He or she will be wearing a uniform and check your car for damage. You'll need to hand over your keys to the chauffeur (you should separate them from the rest of your keys) and they will take your car to their fully secure “Park Mark” approved car park while you continue to check-in. Please have your return flight details and booking confirmation ready when you meet the driver.
After you've collected your luggage, please call 01293 223 660 and choose option 1 to inform Airparks that you are ready to collect your car. Once you're through the security checks, go to the Approved Operator meeting point outside the Arrivals. Your car will be brought to the same place where you dropped it off, unless you return to a different terminal.
Your car will be stored in a fully Secure Park Mark approved car parks. All have been awarded the police Park Mark award, the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award and are approved by Gatwick airport.
All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk and subject to the car parks's Terms & Conditions of storage. The car park use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway. All cars parked or stored with Airparks Meet & Greet will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Airparks Meet & Greet.
Airparks welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately trained drivers.
Airparks Meet and Greet is a member of the Gatwick Airport Approved Operator scheme, which means that they have been audited and inspected by the airport to ensure they meet customer service standards.
Prices quoted and any bookings made online are for cars only. Vans, lorries, minibuses, caravans, trailers, and mobile homes will incur extra charges. You should call the provider to arrange this.
When you book, you'll be asked what time you'd like your chauffeur to meet you. If you'd like to change the time, please call Airparks on 01293 223 660 and choose option 2 (North Terminal) or 01293 652 299 and option 3 (South Terminal) at least 48 hours before you're due to travel.
If you need any extra days' parking, the car park will charge you £10.00 per day or part day. If you don't use all your parking, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the unused days.
Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim made later.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your tax runs out while you are away, you will need to present a DVLA payment confirmation to your driver.
Meet on return or arrival only
Please note that as well as the standard meet and greet service where you will be met at the terminal on your arrival and return there is also two other services available. A meet on arrival only and a meet on return only. For these services you will be expected to either drop your car at the car park before you travel or pick it up on your return depending on which service you have chosen.

M23 Resurfacing Works - January 2018
Please know that during four weekends commencing Friday 12th January at 10pm, Highways England will be carrying out resurfacing works on the M23 Northbound between Junction 10 (Crawley/East Grinstead) and Junction 9 (Gatwick). The nightly closures will take place over the following dates:
Friday 12 January 10pm – till 4am Monday 15 Jan
Friday 19 January 10pm – till 4am Monday 22 Jan
Friday 26 Jan 10pm – till 4am Monday 29 Jan
Friday 2 Feb 10pm – till 4am Monday 5 Feb
Clearly signed diversions will be in place during the closures but if you are travelling to the airport during these dates, please allow sufficient time to complete your journey.
