Directions

When you are 20 minutes away from Exeter Airport, please phone Flyparks on the phone number provided in your confirmation to let them know you're on your way (please don't call the landline number unless it's an emergency).

From M5/A30 follow the signs for Exeter Airport. Proceed along the (B3184) Airport approach road. Flyparks are located 100m beyond the pedestrian crossing lights. You will pass Enterprise Rent-A-Car on the right. There is a Flyparks Exeter Drop Off Point sign at the entrance.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

When you are approx. 20 minutes away from Exeter Airport, please give Flyparks a call on the number in your confirmation email (please don't call the landline number unless it's an emergency) to let them know you are on your way.

On arrival, please proceed through the automatic barrier. The car park will provide a car park attendant 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time but if you arrive earlier, please follow the instructions on the sign as below.

You will be directed to either a blue or green marked bay depending on duration of your stay: green if parking for 4 days or less; blue if parking for 5 days or more.

Remember to put your keys in the drop box and leave your Car Park Confirmation details with a mobile contact number in your vehicle, displaying your booking reference and return flight details/date. Then proceed to the airport using the pedestrian crossing accessible via the bottom RHS of the car park.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On your return, please phone the number on your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage and make your way back to where you dropped your vehicle off. Please remember to use the pedestrian crossing and enter the bottom of the car park. Once there, make your way to the white cabin adjacent to the house, where you will collect your keys from the car park attendant or a security box.

Security

The site has CCTV, barrier entry system and a security office. There is normally a member of staff or Fair Oak House resident on site at all times.

Disabled facilities

Due to the distance of the drop-off point from the airport, this car park is not suitable for disabled passengers.

Additional information

When calling for your driver, please use the mobile number not the landline. The landline number should only be called in an emergency.

Clients choosing this Meet & Greet service avoid the additional charges and convoluted procedures associated with entering/exiting the Short Stay car park No 1.

Minimum stays/charges may apply.

The car park can't accept mobile homes, caravans, lorries, cars with trailers or cars adapted for disabled drivers.

There is a charge £5 for extra days parking (subject to change).

If your car requires any kind of special instructions beyond that of a conventional petrol or diesel (e.g. it's a hybrid or electric vehicle), please ensure that you make us aware of this in advance.

Please note the car park may occasionally place your key in a security box next to the house at the drop off point. In this event we will provide a pin code for the security box via text. It is essential that you provide a mobile contact telephone number prior to leaving your vehicle.

If your return flight date changes, you will need to give Flyparks a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your return. This will need to be done during their business hours, which are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you do not provide them with 24 hours' notice and return within their business hours, you will be charged a £25 callout fee. If you return outside of their business hours, you will be charged a £50 callout fee.
