This guide refers to both Purple Parking Meet and Greet and Meteor Meet and Greet.
Please call the car park on 01313 334 111 at least 24 hours before your arrival to the airport to confirm your booking details and arrival time. Their office is open between 9am and 5pm.
Here are the directions to the airport:
From the A8 Glasgow Road take the slip road on the left and continue along Eastfield Road. On the next three roundabouts take the second exit. After the third roundabout follow the road round and you'll see the airport on your right. As you enter the airport, go straight across three roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone. At the first roundabout take the second exit for Edinburgh Airport. At the next roundabout take the second exit for Terminal. At the third roundabout take the second exit again by the sign for Terminal and Coaches. You'll then come to a mini roundabout, where you should keep to the right and follow the sign for the Pick Up Zone. The driver will meet you there.
On arrival, once you've arrived at the barrier please take a ticket and follow signs to the Pick Up zone. Look out for your Handover Captain from Maple Manor, who will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone carrying ID. You'll need to unload your luggage, hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver and they will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.
Please make sure you have your return flight details to hand, as the driver will require this information for your return.
On your return, please call your Maple Manor Handover Captain on 01313 334 111 once you've collected your luggage. Then make your way to the Pick up zone, where your car will be ready for you.
Your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All their car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk and subject to Maple Manor's Terms and Conditions of storage. Maple Manor use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway. All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor.
The car park welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles but this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.
This car park is operated by Maple Manor.
They can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and those under 2.2m high. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large.
Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages.
If you're running early or late, you'll need to call the car park to let them know. You'll have 15 minutes to drop off and pick up your car, as the car park is only able to pay for 15 minutes' parking to meet you.
Please make sure you leave enough time for your driver to check your car for damage. It will just take a few minutes and if you don't leave enough time this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, they won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you book for, you'll be charged £10 per day. If you are late, the airport will not allow your driver to wait for you, so your car will be returned to the car park and you will be charged for additional parking.
If you get back early, call the car park to give them as much notice as possible to get your car ready. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
