"It was good and would have been excellent except for one thing - On arrival the ticket machine recognised my registration and issued a ticket and I parked the car. However there was no one to meet me. Someone from another meet and greet company told me to report to an area nearby and they contacted the meet and greet people. Once I knew where to go it was easy and convenient. I was told if I had buzzed at the ticket barrier and said I was there someone would have met me."

"I booked Edinburgh Plane Parking Meet and Greet for a very early flight. All went effortlessly. I was concerned about what would happen at the car park barrier but it seemed to recognise the car and open automatically. What ease to drop your car off and pick it up again so close to the terminal building. I would definitely use the service again as the cost is not excessive compared to on-site alternatives."

"Parking was fine once I actually found it. The email said it was on the first floor of the multi-storey which I drove round about three times before I had to phone, only to find the meet and greet area had been relocated.

Once I eventually got to the correct area the experience was pretty smooth, but I nearly missed my flight because of out of date information on the confirmation email."

"A very slight confusion regarding the arrivals procedure - there was no intercom and the instructions referred to parking on both the ground floor and the first floor of the car park. A quick phone call prior to leaving quickly confirmed the correct car park floor, and we worked out the lack of an intercom as we went. Other than these minor confusions the service was excellent and I would definitely use it again."

"It had the potential to be a very good service BUT, the instructions were wholly inadequate and inaccurate and the sign posting virtually, if not entirely, non existent. As a first time user, this meant that we experienced much confusion and delays finding the correct car park let alone the supposedly clearly marked appointed meeting place within it. Furthermore it meant that we incurred extra charges to get through a barrier which were not reimbursed for. Instructions given when we collected the keys and the car were also wrong resulting in delays in convincing the barrier operator to let us out and necessitated me having to get out of the car whilst in the queue at the exit (I was therefore not popular with the taxi driver behind me who duly made his feelings known both verbally and graphically!). In mitigation we did arrive in the early morning pitch dark and pouring rain however I feel that the instruction and signage should have taken this potential into account. The car was returned to us in perfect condition so no issue there however."
