You will be met just over the road from the terminal.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required.
This Meet and Greet service requires customers to phone 24 hours before their flight to confirm arrangements and failure to do so will result in no-one being at the airport to meet you.
Cars are then taken to Park and Fly’s No vans, motor homes, caravans or vehicles accommodating more than six passengers are accepted.
Directions
Please call Park and Fly on 01313 334 111 at least 24 hours before your arrival to the airport to confirm your booking details and arrival time. Their office is open between 9am and 5pm.
The directions to the airport are as follows:
From the A8 Glasgow Road take the slip road on the left and continue along Eastfield Road. On the next three roundabouts take the second exit. After the third roundabout follow the road round and you'll see the airport on your right. As you enter the airport go straight across three roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone. At the first roundabout take the second exit for Edinburgh Airport. At the next roundabout take the second exit for Terminal. At the third roundabout take the second exit again by the sign for Terminal and Coaches. You'll then come to a mini roundabout, where you should keep to the right and follow the sign for the Pick Up Zone. The driver will meet you there.
Arrival procedure
Once you've arrived at the Pick Up zone, please go through the barrier and take a ticket. Your Park and Fly driver will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone and will be carrying ID. You'll need to unload your luggage, hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver, whilst they will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.
Make sure you have your return flight details to hand, as the driver will require this information for your return.
Departure procedure
Once you've collected your luggage, please call Park and Fly on 01313 334 111 and they'll bring your car back to where you dropped it off, while you make your way to the pick up area.
Security
Your car will be parked in Park and Fly's compound near the terminal. Their dedicated staff regularly patrol the car park throughout the day and night. Floodlighting and CCTV are in use and the car park is surrounded by a high fence.
Insurance
The car park has fully comprehensive insurance covering all cars which are parked there. This does not cover loose items or mechanical or electrical failure.
Disabled facilities
The Meet and Greet service is ideal for disabled customers who might find getting on and off a transfer bus difficult as the Pick Up Zone is within walking distance of the terminal.
Additional information
Park and Fly cannot park vehicles larger than a transit van. Trailers are not allowed in the car park.
The car park is only able to pay for 15 minutes' parking for your car in the Pick Up Zone when you drop your car off, and again when you pick it up, so you should try to arrive at the agreed times. If you are running late, you can call the car park on 0131 333 4111.
You will need to make sure that Park and Fly has your full return flight details in order for them to have your car ready without you phoning them. If you don’t provide correct flight details they cannot guarantee that your car will be ready on time when you get back.

Drop off was fine however I selected meet and greet as my return flight was landing through the night and I wanted to be able to get straight into the car and home after a long flight. I followed the directions exactly but was still left standing 30 minutes with no information on delays or apology for the time I was left standing outside in 4degrees weather. When I asked one of the staff to check if my car was coming I was told to call the head office and complain and I'd probably get some money back. If I'd wanted to save money I would have chosen a different car park, I chose this option for safety and convenience and I was left very frustrated and disappointed.

Drop off very friendly and efficient, getting the car back the service was very poor such that I would not use your service again. It took 25 mins to get our car back, considering we landed at 11pm at night was not appreciated. The person answering the phone was pretty abrupt and hard to understand too.

Pros and cons -
Coming from Newcastle, I gave an apprx time of arrival. I was unfamiliar with Edinburgh airport layout and the guy who gave directions was cross that we were late. The car park was very difficult to find, but once we did, it was all good.
I paid £31 for 3 day stay and the drop off was close to the Terminal.

Best parking experience I have used that I have now become a regular customer and have booked again with them. I can drive to the Pick Up Zone and find a friendly member of staff waiting to collect my car and from there it is only a very small walk to the terminal. On return I simply make a call and they have my car ready in 5mins... No fuss and they take care of short stay parking by providing a prepaid ticket so that you don't have to make a hasty exit. Highly recommended

Poor signage. Little information provided on where I should take my car.
Because of this I took it to the valet parking section, then was asked to take to the multi story, then asked to take it to pick up point. So had to park up and then move my car three times before I finally found the people who were going to take my car for me. When I complained, I was told that I would have been sent an email informing me of this. I have double checked and never received this. But no signage and lack of information made it a really stressful drop off.
Pick up. I called and told them I was through baggage reclaim. Was told my car would be ready. Went through to pick up point. Car was there, but no staff. 5 mins later staff arrived.
Really poor service and I felt it was marketed as valet parking. It really isn't this.

Very good, will use this service again. Only realised we were supposed to phone before the car was brought back WHEN we actually got back. This is a bit difficult to do when we didn't have a mobile phone with us (we had been somewhere that our UK phones don't work - yes, these do exist!)
