Please call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 between 09:00 to 17:00 one or two days before you arrive to confirm your booking details and arrival time. You'll also need your return flight details to hand when you call.

From the A8 Glasgow Road, take the slip road on the left and continue along Eastfield Road. You'll then come to a roundabout, take the second exit. Shortly after, you'll come to another roundabout, take the second exit again. Almost immediately after, you'll come to yet another roundabout, take the second exit. Follow this road round and you'll see the airport on your right and you'll see the meet and greet area at the entrance. You'll need to head to the Multi-Storey Short Stay car park, which can be found by following the blue parking sign for 'Terminal'.

Arrival procedure

When you arrive at the car park, please go to the 4th floor where a Maple Manor driver will meet you. They will be wearing a uniform and have a Maple Manor ID. Your car will be checked and then you'll need to give your keys and the ticket you took from the barrier to the driver so that they can exit the car park. Your car will be taken to Maple Manor's secured car park while you head to check-in.


Return procedure

Please call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 as soon as you have collected your luggage. Your car will be brought to the 4th floor of the Multi-Storey Short Stay car park where you dropped it off. You will receive specific directions for your return when you arrive.



Your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks, which have been awarded the police Park Mark award and the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award. The car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.



Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk and subject to Maple Manor's Terms and Conditions of storage. Maple Manor use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway. All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis.

Any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor.




Disabled facilities

Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles but this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately trained drivers.


Additional information

Your car must fit into a regular parking space and be under 2 metres in height. If your car is larger than this, please let the provider know so that they can arrange for the staff to meet you at the entrance. Vans, lorries, minibuses, caravans, trailers, and mobile homes will incur extra charges so please contact the provider prior to booking.

Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage.

Also, it is your responsibility to make sure your car is roadworthy and has a valid MOT certificate and valid road tax. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park and you won't be eligible for a refund.

Please meet your driver at the arranged time. If you are late, the driver will not be able to wait and your car will be returned to the car park. You will have to pay for additional parking.

The car park will charge £10 extra for each additional day of parking.

"This is the first time I have used Maple Manor Meet and greet. The service was fantastic. You are met by one of there polite staff approx 50 mts from the terminal. You both check the car, then they give you a card with phone number to ring on your return. After that your car is whisked away. On arrival I rang the number after I had collected my suitcase, and by the time I got to the same place were i had dropped off the car, it was there. Nice and warm.
