EDI Parking Official Valet
Compare and pre-book this car park at Edinburgh airport to save up to 60% off gate prices.
EDI Parking Official Valet is a terminal handover service where a chauffeur meets you outside Edinburgh Airport. Drive into the designated Valet Parking area, complete the vehicle check and leave your keys. The chauffeur takes the car to a secured airport car park while you walk directly into the terminal.
The main advantage is avoiding both a shuttle and the search for a parking space. Your return flight is tracked so the car can be brought back to the terminal when you land.
Why choose Official Valet?
- Terminal handover: leave the car immediately outside the terminal building.
- No shuttle: walk directly from the valet area to check-in.
- Staff parking: a chauffeur takes the vehicle to the secured car park.
- Flight tracking: the return time is adjusted to match your flight.
- Terminal collection: the car is brought back for your arrival.
- Official airport service: vehicles are stored in Edinburgh Airport parking protected by CCTV, patrols and Park Mark security.
How does Official Valet compare with FastPark?
Both are official valet services where you leave your keys and airport staff park the vehicle. Official Valet uses a personal chauffeur handover outside the terminal, while FastPark uses photo booths, self-service check-in and a secure key chute around a one-minute walk away.
Official Valet provides the more personal terminal-door handover. FastPark is Edinburgh Airport’s current digital valet product and also offers a bookable electric-charging option.
How does Official Valet compare with the Multi-Storey?
Both avoid a shuttle and are immediately beside the terminal. With Official Valet, a chauffeur parks the car and you leave your keys. In the Multi-Storey, you find a space yourself, keep your keys and walk around one minute to the terminal.
Choose Official Valet to avoid finding a space. Choose the Multi-Storey if you want covered parking, prefer to keep your keys or can use the included FastTRACK access offered with eligible bookings.
How does Official Valet compare with Drop & Go?
Both require you to leave your keys and allow staff to park the vehicle. Official Valet meets you at the terminal and requires no transfer, while Drop & Go operates from an off-airport car park with an on-demand shuttle taking around 2–3 minutes.
Choose Official Valet for direct terminal handover. Compare Drop & Go if you are willing to take a short bus journey in exchange for a potentially lower price.
