Booking my car parking space was easy to do on line. The cost was competitive. The car park was easy to find and very close to our ship's berth. Staff were friendly and helpful - we even used a free shuttle bus! At the end of our holiday, our car was close at hand, securely parked while we were away. We will definitely use this again later in the year. Many thanks.

Having booked directly with Dover Port before I thought this would be the same but because we had booked through BCP instead of driving straight in and parking as we had before we had to park up and join a long queue at a porta-cabin to get our pass so next time I will book directly with Dover port to save time

We managed to find and park at Dover, no bother at all, it all went very well and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Great to get so close to the cruise terminal with the car and drop off our luggage, and then park the car and not worry about carrying our suitcases to the ship. Great will use the service again but will have to save up for another cruise first.

I found that parking the car before departure was relatively easy, however I was concerned that the car park area was located outside of the port(Brown car park) and the car park area was covered in large pebbles which had obviously been deposited from the sea during bad weather. I had visions of returning and finding my car damaged by these pebbles. Fortunately during my absence there had not been any bad weather to deposit the pebbles. On return to port the bus pick up service to this car park was limited which led to delays, and resulted in me having to hire a taxi to get me to the car park and pick up my car.

Alot of too-ing and for-ing when you arrive. You regsiter and then have to drop your bags and drive back out of the main area to park. The booking claims it was just a few mins walk to pier when in fact it would have taken 30 but for the bus.May as well have used out of town service. Return was chaos, no signs to direct to the brown car park. Had to find a mini bus then be driven back out of complex and then drive back to chaotic scenes in terminal area. Poor for the money And misleading.
