This was a very good experience for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had a very quick service both arriving and leaving. Would highly recommend anyone taking a cruise from Dover to use your services.

Booking my car parking space was easy to do on line. The cost was competitive. The car park was easy to find and very close to our ship's berth. Staff were friendly and helpful - we even used a free shuttle bus! At the end of our holiday, our car was close at hand, securely parked while we were away. We will definitely use this again later in the year. Many thanks.

Having booked directly with Dover Port before I thought this would be the same but because we had booked through BCP instead of driving straight in and parking as we had before we had to park up and join a long queue at a porta-cabin to get our pass so next time I will book directly with Dover port to save time

We managed to find and park at Dover, no bother at all, it all went very well and everybody was very friendly and helpful. Great to get so close to the cruise terminal with the car and drop off our luggage, and then park the car and not worry about carrying our suitcases to the ship. Great will use the service again but will have to save up for another cruise first.

Good price, drop off organised very efficiently. On return went straight to the car and drove out. No problems very pleased.

I found that parking the car before departure was relatively easy, however I was concerned that the car park area was located outside of the port(Brown car park) and the car park area was covered in large pebbles which had obviously been deposited from the sea during bad weather. I had visions of returning and finding my car damaged by these pebbles. Fortunately during my absence there had not been any bad weather to deposit the pebbles.
On return to port the bus pick up service to this car park was limited which led to delays, and resulted in me having to hire a taxi to get me to the car park and pick up my car.

Alot of too-ing and for-ing when you arrive. You regsiter and then have to drop your bags and drive back out of the main area to park. The booking claims it was just a few mins walk to pier when in fact it would have taken 30 but for the bus.May as well have used out of town service.
Return was chaos, no signs to direct to the brown car park. Had to find a mini bus then be driven back out of complex and then drive back to chaotic scenes in terminal area. Poor for the money

Very happy with the car park arrangements and the friendly, helpful people. My only problem was remembering where I had parked!

The instructions to locate the car park were very clear. On arrival the gate staff were very helpful and we were quickly allocated a space. The luggage was transferred to a "shuttle bus" and our transfer to the departure area went smoothly. On return the "shuttle bus" did not appear to be available and we had quite a long walk to where the car was parked.Fortunately a porter was on hand to assist. Overall however we were very satisfied with the arrangements.

We cannot speak highly enough regarding the parking at Dover Cruise Terminal. The porters were efficient, courteous and friendly. The parking was extremely convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from the ship and our overall experience was excellent. Leaving the ship at the end of our cruise was just as efficient and easy and we would recommend anyone to use these parking facilities when cruising from Dover. Thank you so much for making the beginning and end of our cruising holiday so easy and pleasant.

Paking arrangements for the cruise car park at Dover were very good. Even though we were delayed due to an accident on the M25 and had to park at the far end of the blue zone the availability and frequency of the transfer bus was extremely helpful.
We have no negative comments whatsoever to make.

Very straight forward. Plenty of very polite and helpful staff on hand to direct you. Shuttle bus service excellent - no hanging around.

it was the best service i have exprienced, it was smooth and fast with out any hiccip. The staff was pleasent and very helpfull. Top mark in every way shape and form

Very convinent. You drop your cases and passengers off at the terminal doors, drive back to the car park, which is only 500 meters away and walk back to the Terminal.

Upon arrival at the port and despite pre booking on the internet, we were directed to a portakabin to join a queue of pre paid and pay on the day parkers. It took 45minutes in a cold wind from joining the queue to actually getting a mirror tag to enable us to proceed to the parking area. In front of the portakabin window there was a metal pole that stopped proper access to this window - very poorly arranged. Once the tag had been received, the experience was good and we were directed to the parking areas by the marshalls. Upon return, the car was in good order and we were easily able to exit the parking area

Excellent service and great value for money. Friends of ours paid £30 at the port, I paid £12.
Great service on arriving at the port, even a little bus to take you the terminal building which was in walking distance. Great cheap and hassle free will definately use this service again.

DREADFUL - booked on line but had to stand queueing in the bitter cold for 58 minutes to get a green hanger from the kiosk. I know there were 1800 people expected to board the Norwegian Dream, but surely it could have been better organised than it was. People paying and people who had paid stood in the same queue - not a very efficient method!!
Why can the "Hanger" not be included as a "cut out" in the e-Mailed confirmation to save time for both the customer and for your obviously overstressed staff
This can then be simply checked at the gate on entry.
This process is used in many other long term car parks with great success.

Bad time here. I have booked to park at the western dock and i needed the eastern dock. i called and spoke to someone and they said it was a short walk. the car park i was booked at was closed...got parked eventually but did not need this hastle..
