Distance to airport
This service operates from the Rapid Pick Up point just outside the terminal building, but your car is stored away from the airport in a secure car park.
Transfers from airport
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Please note that an £8.50 airport access fee is payable locally on return only.
Directions
Please follow signs to Bristol Airport from all major roads.
Arrival procedure
Please call Oakwood Meet and Greet service 20 min prior to your arrival to airport.
Follow signs to Bristol Airport from all major roads. Upon arrival at the airport, take the right hand lane and follow the pink signs to the Drop Off and Pick Up area where, following your phone call, you be will be met by an Oakwood Meet and Greet driver.
Return procedure
Upon return to the airport - please collect your baggage, clear customs and then phone when you are leaving the terminal building and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you in the same Drop off and Pick up Area.
Security
The drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to the fully secure Car Park, utilising CCTV and 24 hrs patrols.

The Drop off and Pick up Car Park exit fee of £8.50 is payable by you at the barrier as you exit, payment is by Card/Contactless/Apple Pay/Google Pay.
This car park does not accept vehicles over 2.5m height, Commercial Vans, Long wheelbase vans, minibuses over 8 seats or Taxis.

Used the service for the first time last weekend. Instructions were clear and accurate. Met promptly at the airport on arrival by Alfie, who also saved us after my wife left her purse in the car, which he brought back to the airport within minutes. On our return to Bristol, the service was equally professional. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Car was collected very shortly after we arrived at the airport. Even better, it arrived at the pickup point at the same time as we did. No waiting around at all !!

This was the first time we have used Bristol Oakwood meet and greet service. It was first class and we will certainly be using them again. It took all the hassle out of parking and getting to the check in on the outward journey and the car was waiting for us on our return.
