Arrival procedure

Please call Customer Care parking on 0333 355 8933 about 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport. If you are delayed or expect to arrive early, then you must make the car park aware or there will be a £10 penalty fee.

On arrival at the airport, please follow signs to Express Drop off zone where you will be met. Your car will be checked and return details confirmed. You will be given a phone number to use on return.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the number given to you on arrival and your car will be waiting in the express drop off zone ready for collection.

Customers will require £1 to exit the express drop off zone.


This car park has CCTV and has been awarded the Park Mark Safer parking Award.

Disabled facilities

This type of service is ideal for disabled passengers.

In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information: Inbound & Outbound flight numbers, car details and a contact telephone number (preferably a mobile number).

Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.
