Directions to the terminal will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please call the number on your confirmation 15 minutes before arrival at the airport terminal to re-confirm your arrival and meet time.

Customers will not be met outside the terminal; they will be met in the Rapid Pickup Car Park next to terminal. The chauffeur will help load the luggage and explain where you will be collected on the return.

All return instructions are given when you meet the chauffeur.

Did just what we hoped, very convenient and hassle free. I did email however, before setting off to ask what signs to follow on the approach to the terminal and was told it would be signposted Rapid pick up car park - this is not the case!

The service that I received with Chauffer parking at Bristol airport was excellent in all respects. The car was collected and returned within five minutes of arrival at the airport both on the outward and inward journeys. It is a service that I would recommend to both my friends and family.

All in all a good experience. Drivers were there on time and were very polite. The problem with Bristol airport is that the rapid pick up area is quite large and our car was parked about as far away from the terminal as it could have been. Given that there was torrential rain when we landed. It wan't a pleasant experience running round the car park with a trolley full of luggage getting soaked. Maybe they should think about being a little more specific regarding the pick up point rather than just somewhere in a fairly large car park in the pouring rain.
