Distance to airport

This service operates from the Express drop off car park outside the terminal building. Vehicles are stored in the A38 secure compound in Redhill.

Please follow signs to Bristol Airport from all major roads.

Arrival procedure

Please call A38 Meet and Greet at least 20 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport. On arrival, please pull up in the Express Drop Off car park situated just behind the terminal where you will be met by an A38 Meet and Greet driver.

Please call and let the car park know if you are going to be earlier or later than the time specified on your booking form.

Return procedure

On your return, please collect your baggage, clear customs and phone the car park when you leave the terminal building. A driver will be sent with your car to meet you in the same Express Drop Off car park.

Please know that strict airport regulations mean that drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the Express Drop Off car park. The customer will be liable for any increased costs as a result of having to wait longer than 10 minutes.

Security

Drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected, the driver will take it to the fully secure car park.
