Arrival procedure

Please drive to the Drop and Go car park and take a ticket from the barrier, then make a sharp right turn and park near the Premium Meet and Greet office. Proceed to the office where you hand your keys over and confirm your inbound details.

Once you have checked in, your vehicle will be photographed for any damage which may be present on drop-off.

Please be aware that local roadworks (A45/M42) are causing significant travel delays. Please take this into consideration and allow extra time for your journey to the airport.

Meteor Meet and Greet are on-site approved meet and greet partners for Birmingham Airport and your car will be parked in one of Birmingham Airport's authorised car parks.

This service is operated by our partners NCP/National Car Parks Limited, who have been providing a parking service at Birmingham for several years. Rest assured you and your car will be looked after at all times.

Cost of parking includes 15 minutes in the Drop & Go car park for collections and returns. Any wait time longer than 15 minutes is likely to incur an additional charge by the airport which will be the responsibility of the customer. Where the delay is clearly the responsibility of Meteor Meet and Greet they will continue to pay the full cost of the ticket.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

The car park is unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused.

"Can't really say any more than the service is exactly as described. Car drop off is quick and convenient, staff were courteous and efficient.
