Arrival procedure
Call Airparks when you're around 20 minutes away to let them know you're on your way. The number, a postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.
Drive to the Short Stay car park at Birmingham International Station, where an Airparks team member will meet you and take your car. From there, walk through the station and catch the free Air-Rail Link. It runs continuously between 3.30am and 12.30am and takes around 2 minutes, dropping you at departures level.
Arriving between 12.30am and 3.30am? Walk to the nearby Airparks Express car park in 5 minutes. You can catch their shuttle bus to the terminal – it takes 3 minutes and is included in the price. On your way back, give Airparks Express a call and catch the bus to the car park from the terminal.
Departure procedure
Once you've cleared passport control, call Airparks and they'll arrange for your car to be returned to Birmingham International Station. Take the Air-Rail Link back to the station, where an Airparks team member will meet you with your keys and car.
Call Airparks if the Air-Rail Link isn't running and make your way to Bus Stop A outside the terminal. Catch the complimentary Airparks Express shuttle bus to the car park, where the team will direct you to your vehicle.
Accessibility
The Short Stay car park has dropped kerbs, no height restriction and two accessible parking bays.
There's an Assisted Travel Help Point next to the Air-Rail Link entrance in Birmingham International Station. Use the intercom to request help getting to the airport. An Assisted Travel Host can collect you, with a maximum wait time of 30 minutes.

Early or late? The car park offers a 12-hour grace period at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
