Distance to airport	You will be met at the airport terminal.
Transfers from airport	Transfers not required as you are met at the airport terminal.
Directions	On arrival follow instructions to your designated terminal. Please call 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Terminal 1: From M4 J4 take the Heathrow spur. Head towards T1 Departures. Proceed up the ramp keeping to the left, for the lower level set down area. Drivers can be identified by blue shirts with company logo and carry photo ID. On your return please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation2 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. Vehicles are returned to DEPARTURES. Terminal 2: Follow signs for T2 Short Stay. Your Chauffeur will be at the start of the set down lane (furthest lane from the Terminal building). Terminal 3: Follow signs for T3, keep right at the lights. Your Chauffeur will be at start of furthest lane from the terminal building. Terminal 4: Go up the ramp to Departures. Keep to left lane. Your Chauffeur will be waiting towards the start of lanes 2 & 3 under the British Airways Express Parking sign. Terminal 5: Our Chauffeur will be waiting in the short stay car park level 4 row L to collect your vehicle.
Arrival procedure	Opening times: 05:00 to 23:59. No pick-ups before 05:00. Please call the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Your Chauffeur will meet you at your designated terminal. Full details of the return procedure will be given by the Chaffeur.
Return procedure	Opening times: 05:00 to 23:59. No pick-ups before 05:00. On your return your vehicle will be brought back to you at your designated terminal. The usual return time is between 15-20 minutes, they leave with the vehicle on receiving your call from baggage reclaim, however, this can vary depending on traffic.
Security	Cars are stored in a secured site, approx. 4 miles from the Airport, with 24 hour CCTV in operation.
Additional information	Opening times: 05:00 to 23:59. No pick-ups before 05:00. You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify the supplier or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible. Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 mins past the requested meet time, but will wait longer if you phone the car park on the number on your confirmation to tell them you have been delayed. There will be a Ł17.50 charge for an amendment within 1 hour of the agreed meet time. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
