Directions

Please call the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before your arrival at the terminal.

On Arrival at the airport:

Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane, follow road round to left down on to the lower section, the chauffeur will meet you in this area.

Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building.

Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.

Terminal 4: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.

Terminal 5: NEW CAR DROP OFF POINT - Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound.

If your arrival time changesplease advise FHR or the car park as soon as possible - your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes past the requested meet time, but will wait longer if you phone the car park on the number on your confirmation to tell them you have been delayed. There will be a £17.50 charge for an amendment within 1 hour of the agreed meet time.

Arrival procedure

The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal. Full details of the return procedure will be given by the chauffeur.

Return procedure

On return call the freephone number given when your car was collected. Your vehicle will then be dispatched.

Security

Cars are stored in a secured site, approx. 4 miles from the Airport, with CCTV, 24 hr security guards and razor wire perimeter fencing.

Additional information

Please take this confirmation with you. You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 05:00 and 00:00.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
