Amendments

• To make amendments on a booking you've made through the Airport Parking Shop, you will need to contact whichever company the booking was made with: APH, BCP, FHR, Purple Parking, Park and Go or Skyparksecure. The contact details are as follows:

  Our email pop up will automatically set the subject of the mail to 'amendment/cancellation' so the relevant company will know the nature of your email. Please remember to quote your booking reference number within the mail so the representatives can find your details quickly and efficiently.
  
  
• APH, BCP, FHR and Purple Parking do NOT charge administration fees for amendments.
  
  Park and Go do not charge administration fees if outside of 3 days of first parking date. If within 3 days, then a charge of £7.50 or 50% of the cost of parking (whichever is lesser) is charged.
  
  Skyparksecure - Amendments made with more than 72 hours notice will not be charged for (Except on certain promotional offers which are non-refundable. Where applicable this will be stated in the car park description/information). Amendments made within 72 hours of travel will be charged £7.50. Cancellations

• Depending on the supplier used and the notice period, there may be a cancellation charge. At the time of going to press the cancellation charges for each supplier are as follows:

  Over 24 hours notice: No Charge
  Within 24 hours of first parking date: No refund given
  
  Park and Go
  
  Over 3 days notice: £7.50 and any additional cost of parking
  Within 3 days of first parking date: No refund given
  
  Skyparksecure
  
  Most car parks:
  Less than 72 hours notice: 100% charge - no refund
  More than 72 hours notice: £10.00 administration charge
  
  In some cases:
  Less than 14 days notice: No refund
  More than 14 days notice: Full refund
