I was so impressed with this excellent service. Good value for money and so easy, the guy was stood waiting for us when we arrived at the Departure terminal. Coming back, I called from the baggage claim and the car was delivered back to us 20 mins later. A very friendly and professional service, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Great Service! - prompt meet and greet, even when our arrival time at the airport on departure and arrival was slightly different to that booked. So much better than waiting around for transport buses to take you to the back of beyond car parks!! Thank you for great service - I will be back to use again.

Fantastic service, was there for the drop off and when I rang on return as soon as I got off the plane was told the car would be there in half an hour, unfortunately it took me one and a half hours to get through customs. There was no problem with this the driver wasn't worried and was fantastic about the huge delay. I would recommend this service to anyone flying out of Heathrow.

This was an excellent service, the only draw back was their directions due to the rather vague nature we did have to circle the area twice and make 1 phone call, which was all the more surprising as I was already pre-warned of this as I had gone to the trouble of reading previous reviews which had mentioned the directions needed clarifying, thinking that pre-warned was pre-armed however was not the case, they need to sort out their directions, we had allowed plenty of time so were not too concerned but this could be a problem for people that were cutting it fine. Other than this they were prompt, polite and helpful, on the return journey we did not have to wait our car was waiting for us by the time we got to the parking bay. Excellent service, pity about the directions

Excellent Service! Even though the driver had to wait 1 hour for us due to a problem with our luggage we weren't charged extra and the company were extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly use and recommend them. Fantastic!

Excellent service with Economy Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5. Everything went according to plan and my car was waiting for me, as arranged, when I left the airport terminal. It was difficult to find the drop-off point, and the instructions were a bit unclear, so please could you advise following signs to the short stay car park next time? We had to ask someone at 'Valet parking' and drive round again. Hence the 4 rating. Otherwise extremely happy, thank you!

This system is brilliant and trouble free.
My only concern is how far the car travels with the chauffeur as I think the mileage used was more than I expected. It may be good to give customers the expected mileage for the service.

1. Arrival directions need to be made much clearer - the arrival at level 4 was very unclear - there are numerous routes/pathways to take at that level, some of which involve going through a barrier, some don't, some are signed by notices, some aren't and the directions given just donlt help. I ended up going round in circles - v frustrating for the start of a holiday.

2. Return - the man didn't know where the vehicle was parked - very unprofessional and could easily be put right by a simple system.

We were very pleased with this parking service but it would have been helpful if more information regarding where to meet was given in the instructions. It was not easy to find the place in the car park where our car was being picked up and we had to pay a parking charge as we entered the car park in the wrong place and had to come out again. Other than that the service was great.

We used Economy meet and greet when we flew out to NZ for 3 weeks for the Rugby world cup. The service we received was very good. We were received by a driver on arrival and did not have to wait for more than few minutes when we returned. Will use them again.

Used Heathrow Economy Meet & Greet for our trip to the States, and great to be met at airport; no waiting for shuttle busses. Return flight altered in States due to late connections, and simple phone call to notify revised anticipated arrival at Heathrow (even at 0100BST). Very efficient service, will definitely use again.

The whole process worked well with the staff member waiting on our arrival at Heathrow.
On our return our car was waiting for us in the car park.
Staff very friendly and efficient.

First time I Had used this service. Excellent experience. Staff waiting on my arrival and very helpful. On return flight was half an hour early. Rang from baggage claim and then had to wait a whole minute outside for the car to arrive!

Drop off point at Terminal 5 at Heathrow (in one of several car parks) was very difficult to find and approach was poorly explained, I ended up in the wrong car park and had to pay to get out immediately. A very unpleasant experience to be ripped off by the car park operator in this way, there should be a 15 minute grace period to allow for errors! I then had to circle the Terminal 5 area again. Leave plenty of time for errors when using this service at Terminal 5! On finally finding the drop off point, my driver was waiting and luggage was unloaded. On returning, I had called in my booking reference as soon as I landed. On reaching the return point, my car was already waiting and luggage was loaded. All personell was polite, I encountered excellent service at a very competitive price, just slightly less than using a limousine service from where I live. Will use this service again in the future for short trips, very much prefer this service to car parks serviced by bus. Would have given 5 marks if drop off procedure was easier and better explained. I suggest to pick up the cars at the passenger drop off lane at the departures level in the future to improve this service.

Excellent service. On our arrival The person was there to pick up the car even though we changed our time of arrival to the airport in the last minute. On the return we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for our car to arrive.

When arriving for our flight I tried to ring when 30 minutes away as instructed and the phone was not answered. i tried a number of times and the phone rang out. Eventually got though when 15 mintues away and didn't even get an apology. Was just told that if I carried on talkign the time was being used up and no one would be there waiting for us. A very stressful start to the holiday if your booked and paid for parking appears to be falling apart because a phone isn't being answered.

Unfortunately not a good experience for me. When I got my car back, the company representative left me very quickly (and where they drop your car back it is fairly dark), and on getting my car home and seeing it in the daylight it has got a big dent and scratch on the side which was not there when I dropped it off, and I would have noticed if I had caused this damage on the way home myself.

Of course the company are refusing to accept liability for it as it wasn't identified at the time.

Make sure you check your car when you get it back if you use these people!

Excellent, fast and polite service. On the way out the man was there to meet us, and on the way back we only had a 5 minute wait once we were out of the airport. I will definately be using again as extremely good value for money

I am very pleased with the meet and greet option I booked.
I was flagged down on arrival to the airport and once I landed by the time I called and walked to the pick up location my car was already waiting for me. The only negative point I can give is that my car was very dirty like it was parked under a tree. Other then that I'm very happy will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service - prompt and friendly collection and return, keen price. The only snag - the instructions don't make it very clear how to get to the right bit of the T5 short-stay car park - bypass the barriers on entry and go straight on.
