Is your computer having a laugh at my expense. I, along with hundred of thousands of other travellers had my holiday cancelled. The only money I couldn't have refunded to me was the car parking charge. The only business i couldn't contact by phone to discuss my options was NCP the contact e_Mail i sent was not answered. You have too many competitors at Edinburgh Airport not to have even a minimum standard of customer service. I will be using ANY of them in the future. And let's get something very clear, I had written off this charge weeks ago I am only responding because your computer programme e_mailed to ask me my opinion.

Due to coronavirus pandemic my flights were cancelled by the airline. I contacted you and requested a refund, I have not received any response from you apart from an email asking if I enjoyed the parking experience! Very insensitive at these difficult times and when other companies are going above & beyond to refund customers this is extremely poor customer service.

As JET2 cancelled all flights i could not fly on 21st March so was unable to use facilities and cannot comment.
My booking was non refundable or date changing.

Find prices for Edinburgh NCP Scotpark
All went fine luckily.
As car park spaces are small and tight and I drive a rangerover I was lucky no one had parked in the space in front of my car.
I certainly would not have been able to reverse out .most spaces are taken so very lucky .

Great park just the sat nav takes you to the first park & not great signs for it need more so you can follow them & get the right park

Apart from the fact that I couldn't get past the barrier on the way out, it wanted £128 before it would open and I had prepaid. Luckily there was someone in the office who bypassed the gate to let us out. The rest of the deal was smooth.
