As Automatic Number Plate Recognition technology is in use customers should make sure they enter the correct details when booking. Disabled drivers should be aware that there is a limited number of disabled spaces and these cannot be pre-booked.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details as instructions may vary.

We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you.

On arrival, please drive up to the entry barrier and your car registration will be read. A ticket will be automatically issued to you. Make your way to any available space and park your car. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return.

If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, please press for assistance and explain to the operator that your vehicle has not been recognised and quote your booking reference. A member of staff will then issue you ticket. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details as instructions may vary.

On return to Birmingham airport, please transfer directly to the car park and return to your car.
Drive to the exit barrier and insert your entry ticket for your booking to be validated.

If you have over stayed the extra amount will be displayed and payment can be made at the barrier.

The parking compound has a high security fence around the perimeter, CCTV and twenty-four hour security patrols.

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available with the car park on request

Disabled facilities

The parking compound has a limited number of disabled parking bays. We are unable to guarantee a space in advance of arrival, as these are only available on a first come-first serve basis. If you require assistance upon arrival, please press the intercom button at the entry barrier.

"Everything is fine, close to airport, 5 from 5."

October 7, 2014

"It was ok, however they changed the name of the car park in the week before we arrived to car park 5b without notifying us which caused a little confusion. I also expected it to be closer to the airport as the information provided was not clear at the time of booking.

In addition there was little help with regard to buses and where to get it from on our return."

August 13, 2014

"When arriving the barrier did not lift so spoke to lady who then issued our ticket. When returning again after putting in our ticket the barrier did not lift and the machine was showing we owed over £100, after speaking again to a gentleman and giving our name the barrier was lifted without us having to pay.
All worked out fine but it does worry you a little when this happens after pre-booking, it's as if on arrival they had not got our booking details even after we gave our reference number."

"Very easy to get in and out with number plate recognition, pulled up to barrier, got ticket, straight in, then on exit put ticket in, barrier up, then away, no hassle at all."
