Distance to airport	This is a Meet & Greet service where you will be met at the Airport. This service does not operate between midnight and 4am.
Transfers from airport	N/A as this is a Meet and Greet service.
Directions	Please note if you are using Sat Nav your destination address should be Stansted Airport and NOT the address of our offices!
Arrival procedure	This service does not operate between midnight and 4am. As you exit motorway please call 0845 2998877 to announce your intended arrival and you will be provided with exact instructions on where to park.
Return procedure	On your return, after collecting ALL luggage and clearing customs, please call 0845 2998877. After you pass through Customs turn right and exit terminal through door opposite Zone D check in sign. Walk down ramp back to Red Car Park where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car and prepaid ticket to exit car park. This ticket expires 30 mins after your arrival phone call. If you arrive more than 15 mins late or early without informing us we cannot quarantee to book you in immediately.
Security	Cars are parked in a secure off site compound manned 24 a day and covered by infra red CCTV.
Additional information	This service does not operate between midnight and 4am. Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year. In order to book this service customers must provide the following information - Inbound and Outbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and Contact Telephone number (preferably a mobile number).
