Arrival procedure
Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted, it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation and choose Option 1 when you are 10 minutes away from the airport. Failure to do so may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.
Please follow signs for Express Set Down, which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Then drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on the right-hand side of the terminal road. In case of any changes to the meet point, you will be advised when you call.
If there are issues with the forecourt, when you call you may be told to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are specifically told to). Please follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted 'orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left-hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with their main contact number, please use the emergency number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.
Return procedure
On your return, please collect all your luggage and clear customs before you call the number on your confirmation and choose Option 1 to have your car delivered. It is essential to make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles to ensure a prompt delivery of your car. Please remain on the same level as departures.
Please note that due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car cannot be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10-minute period, otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes).
Occasionally the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park. When exiting the terminal turn left towards the stairs and go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park. This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

This car park offers security lighting, CCTV and security barrier. It has also been awarded the Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.

Company was efficient, polite and helpful to an occasional user who didn’t know the area or airport at all. Gave clear directions when called on approach and car was collected and dropped off on time. Would recommend this as a seemless method of parking.

We had never used a meet and greet service before but, because we had an elderly friend with us who is not very mobile, we decided to try it out. We were then faced with an array of options and companies so we used the comparison site which really helped to make the decision. We looked at whether there were hidden costs, which there are with a lot of companies, as well as reviews from previous customers. Our decision turned out to be the right one for us. The service we received was excellent and there was nothing more to pay. The phone was answered promptly, booking was simple and straightforward, instructions were clear and thorough and everyone was pleasant and helpful. There was a slight delay when we first arrived because the police were stopping traffic coming into the airport checking most cars, including the taxis and meet and greet cars, but we were warned of this when we phoned 10 minutes before our arrival and were reassured that no extra costs would be involved. Apparently this happens regularly without warning so it’s worth allowing extra time in case of this. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone considering trying it. It saves a lot of stress at the airport and doesn’t really cost a lot more than normal parking charges so it represents good value for money.
