My experience of this parking service wasn't quite as straightforward as expected but all the minor problems were quickly sorted and there were no serious delays.
I would recommend that the directions for parking and using the 'park and ride' bus were much clearer. Some big signs, in the car park, with instructions would help. At the airport, a free-phone connecting to the bus driver would really be a smart move. It is no great pleasure having to walk hundreds of yards in driving rain to a bus stop to discover no waiting bus!
